I am a 33 year old male. I am maybe slightly above average. I was just trying to get beyond the 7 inch mark just for psychological reasons. What would be the best/easiest way to add a little size? Pump or creams? If creams, which one? I was always skeptical about creams, but I watched a BBC documentary and Enlargo cream added some size-about an inch. Any assistance/insight would be appreciated.

Forget about the creams...penis enlargement is like body building in the sense you have to exercise. Can't use creams to make your muscles bigger...start with the Newbie routine 1/4" will happen in your 1st few months.

Pills, creams, patches and the like are purely supplemental, meaning they are meant to supplement a physical routine, not replace it. It is kind of like taking a supplement at the gym to enhance your workouts. The best place to start is with the Newbie Routine and if you want to spend some money put it into the SizeGenetics Extender, the MOS DVD or the Bathmate, all are good money spent and will help you in the gaining process.

The BBC misrepresented it or they were lied to and didn't bother to investigate.

Always check the disclaimer or bottom of the page and most of the time you'll read "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or the MHRA". In other words, don't take the advertising descriptions as the truth

lol creams :D

Other shit (Bathmate, Manual Exercises) isn't proven either, but there's plenty of examples where it worked, so I'm giving that a go.
I haven't read a single report of someone who had success with creams/oils/pills or anything like that. I read a lot and I read fast, so I don't think there's one.

Well, not completely:) Pills, creams and the like will be beneficial to any girth routine. The question is can you afford the pills? If so, just like in a gym and taking muscle supplements, Penis Enlargement supplements will do the same. Are they necessary? Not at all, do they help, of course.

Hey doublelongdaddy AKA DLD, I am really curious and I have been longing to ask about this device and what you think about it. It is the jelq device, do you think this device can help speed up your gains?

Manual exercises are proven, just not by the BBC or other media.

Remember that the media is only about selling ads: they couldn't care less about the crap they show in between the ads.

True. When you need information about Penis Enlargement I would say find it on MOS! Most information online is set to sell something, forums are the only real way to get real information from real men.
