The best advice I can give is:
Read SRT

Don't do something if it hurts. If you're already familiar with working out, it's pretty similar, aches are fine, sharp pains are not.

Do it everyday unless your EQ suffers or you're healing

Don't measure constantly. It's a confidence sink. Measure every two months or when you have an awesome "hey! This thing barely fits in my hand!" Moment.

Also like working out, have confidence that you have the power to change your body. I've never been more confident that I have the power to change myself and I've never had faster gains! Is it mind over matter? Or is it just that you're not likely to do what it takes if you're not confident and excited about results! I think it's both!

Enjoy the ride, when you wake up in the morning, and your gear is bigger than it was last week, the biggest it's ever been IN YOUR LIFE, it's an amazing, wonderful feeling. For someone like myself, I'd describe it as borderline miraculous. Keep the faith XD

I'm about to start DLD's newbie routine, and I'm finding myself asking if this will actually work? Is there any indisputable proof that I can get a bigger penis with this routine and it won't break my dick? I gotta tell you, it's hard to trust the Progress Pics and Proof part of this forum because you really never know when someone is being a fake or a shill.

But I'm tired of not being happy with my cock. I'm a little under 6.5" BPEL and 4.9" erect girth. Very unhappy especially with the girth part. Ideally I'd like to be somewhere around 8"x5.5" will that even be possible?

Guess I'm having doubts.

I always laugh in my mind when I see a thread like this. @squirt_inducer_man You are one of the fastest gainer right now.
