Can anyone explain me how to do those stretches? I mean they're really confusing. For example: How can it be down and left at the same time? Maybe someone could paint quick pictires with Paint or something...

it's so simple...stretch downward to the left like you are streching down to left,down to the right....
u are not streching down down,u go 3 inches left or right!
do u understand now?
 
I understand thanks :) And what about Behind The Cheeks? Whould I stretch it like Straght Up only behind the cheeks? And it means this routine doesn't have simple stretch to left or right?

The way I always think of it to get the best stretch is to think of it like it actually explains it: grab the end of your penis and just start stretching it. I think it was a year after I was stretching that I realized the feeling of stretching your penis is nothing less than what that is, grabbing your penis and stretching it as much as you can. I mean I always knew that is what you are doing but it didn't hit me that the feeling of stretching is what you want for as much time as you can get. Grab your penis and start pulling it. This is something all people with penises should learn to do from a young age. It is not complicated and it is not unnecessary, all could benefit from its structure and it should be as routine as waking up and brushing your teeth and going pee in the morning.
 
New users, it is VITAL that you purchase a MOS Membership or the MOS DVD, both will teach you through video how to do all this work. Reading about it is great but watching it makes it foolproof.
 
dld would you suggest doing your routine first then going on to the extender/Bathmate? you gained 2 inches with just phase 1 right? what happened through the other 4 phases? should i go through all 5 phases then do the extender/Bathmate routine?
 
i dont want to rush anything i have 6 months to do it stat quo. im just askingit that would work just as well. i have a fat pad of about an inch and some change. weight loss is important right now. its like im trying to grow and lose weight at the same time kinda like hand in hand. im 5 inches with the fat pad 6 inches without flaccid. about 7.5 bpl erect
