Also, if you look through the many Youtube videos we have there are explanations of many exercises. In addition there are videos on the forum which are free from members. You will find them in the sub-forum of every forum that shows video.
When you want to bundle, simply twist your cock clockwise or anti clockwise as far as you can and stretch it. You can do this in all directions, up , down , left , right and behind the cheeks. Make sure you cover both twist directions.
As for behind the cheeks, simply bend over a little , reach under your leg from behind and take hold of your cock. From this position pull your cock towards your back , between your ass cheeks. You can do this straight down the middle or to the left and right. Please be aware that this stretch is very powerful and will hit your ligiments hard. If you are new to this exercise please don't be over zealous and take it easy.

P.s perform bundles first before any other stretch to help break down and loosen the tunica.
If you look in a mirror when you are doing BTC stretches it will almost look like you have pussy instead of a dick. Just keep your balls separated for the middle stretch and to one side or the other for the left or right, don't want to get them crushed. That is about the best visual description I can come up with but follow the advice given by Bearded, be careful because this is more intense
