Yes, of course. If you have read the SRT (which I wholeheartedly recommend you to read (just click the SRT button :)) then you probably know that active healing (that's how I call it) leads to maximum gains. No one is trying to sell you anything. You can go without the SG or without any device at all. But what devices do is not to make Penis Enlargement work (cause it works GREAT with absolutely no equipment), they just speed up the results :). Do not hesitate to ask anything. I highly recommend continuing to do the manual exercises in addition to the stretcher, it is too easy to just use the stretcher once you receive it. Personally, I have not experienced much luck when only using the extender.
 
Thanks for the replies :) I did about 7 months of Penis Enlargement but i took 6 months off so im starting again I already have the extender and Bathmate but i quit using it because i got a weird mole looking thing on my glands. Would it make more sense to stretch and use the extender and jelq later in the day or would it be better if i stretched jelq then extender?

Well- if your goal is length and length only my advice to you would be to start your day with some jeqls (jelqing is not only the mother of all girth exercises, it is a great length gainer as well) to soften your tunica so you can get the best of your length routine. After this- apply some DLD Blaster principle (which basically is to exhaust your PC muscle to the level where no involuntary kegels will happen- this will make your stretches work MUCH better). Then Do some BTC (behind The Cheecks) stretches so you can hir the ligaments the best way possible. After you have finished this- put on the SG and wear it for as much as you can. The more the better. It would be great if you can take it off every hour or so and throw in some more DLD Blaster principle and a few BTC stretches and repeat this cycle again and again. So basically the warming up in the morning and the jelqing (200-300) would take around 15 minutes, the DLD Blaster exhaustion would take around 15 minutes as well and the rest is only activbe healing (where you can do as you like while the SG is extending) and 5 minute DLD Blaster exhaustion and 5-10 minute BTC stretches (the Blasters you do in the morning should take enough to EXHAUST your PC). And if you want all that length that bad- put on some ADS (All Day Stretcher) to keep you extended through the night- such as the xsleeve or maybe the stealth sleeve. I believe this would be a very good routine for you if you seek length :)
