This exercise is based on the normal rotary stretch with some minor differences that will train all parts of the penis for length gains. The original Rotary Stretch is where you hold your penis straight out and stretch in circles, small and large. This stretch is performed by gripping at the glans. This new stretch will imitate the original with one big difference, you will be using your other hand to do the same function at the base, in an opposite rotation. So as the upper hand is rotating to the left the lower hand, at the base, will be rotating to the right. This stretch is very similar to using a hand drill. I have been doing these for about 2 weeks now and have determined them to be a very powerful exercise that will work the Tunica, Shaft, Ligaments & Expressive Length all in 1!

I will try to get a illustration up for those who are having an issue understanding but I think most will see they are very intuitive and easy to perform. Please give your feedback and experiences.

Awesome, I hope you feel the great intensity I feel when doing them. I am surprised no one has come up with these yet, they are very powerful.
 
I just gave them a go and you are right, they are intense. It took a little time to really focus on the move but they were amazing once I got in the groove

Yeah, with one hand going in one rotation and the other going in the opposite it does take a little time to coordinate the movement. I try to go as deep as I can with the lower hand so as to express as much inner penis as possible while the upper hand it stretching the shaft. Once you get the coordination down the intensity is incredible.
 
i think ill give these a go tonight.

if im understanding correctly, would the movement at the base be pretty minimal?

Well you want to rotate as much as possible with both hands so try to max out the rotations in both positions.
 
So it's basically a ratary V-strech, right? the other hand at the base creates a fulcrum in the oposite directin of the upper hand?

Yes but both hands are rotating in opposite directions.
 
i tried this out after my hanging today, but i just couldnt get the rythm, my hands wanted to go in the same direction. any tips on getting into the groove of it?
 
so actually with that excercise you strech the inner penis too...right?
 
Just tried it I felt the inside of the penis stretched a lot, there is a bit of a weird sensation like cords in your dick crossing or something but no pain

Yes, the lower hand is pulling penis out while the upper hand is stretching from the top all external penis.
 
So simple. Do you think these replace the original rotary stretches? They seem like they'd be more comfortable since there'd be less ligament overlapping.

Thats's the septum that's responsible for the resistance force of your penis and that can be streched only trough fulcrum streches so this in theory should do that.

Yes I do, they cover much more territory than the original Rotaries and will definitely bring gains faster. I am addicted to them, they feel so intense and gain worthy.
