i tried them...AWESOME. and i think i can pull them off with the LM resistant band combo and using the PA at the base of the penis

I tried them finally last night and they were crazy strong. I'm thinking of using a sock or something in place of my hand at the base, so that it's easier to rotate in perfect rhythm.

Yes, rhythm does play a big role in this exercise. Someone mentioned it earlier and I did not completely understand what they meant but since then I have noticed that it does take rhythm. It is an awesome way to train all parts of length with one exercise.
 
Yea if you do them perfectly, the stretch is almost too damn much. I mean I can do like 5 good rotations before I have to move to the next stretches, and you know how tough my dick is haha

This is a very good stretch for the TUNICA. It was not well received in the beginning but today it is the hottest subject in PE!

Tried this earlier in the shower . Man I find this hard! It's like patting your head and rubbing your stomach.

I’ll incorporate this exercise into my normal newbie length master routine. Instead of the rotary cranks I will be doing this exercise after each set! 👍🏽👍🏽
