Gross...yes, but very effective! I have found that the best time to do DLD Blasters are in the morning during my morning poop. Sounds dirty I know but it has been the most effective way to do the reverse kegel portion of the Blasters and get the most out of them. For me the pushing part of the Reverse Kegel is easily identified and isolated when I am seated on the toilet doing my business. What I do is expel all urine before starting to blast then I sit and let it rip. For those having problems finding the reverse kegel this may be a wonderful resource.
