Gross...yes, but very effective! I have found that the best time to do DLD Blasters are in the morning during my morning poop. Sounds dirty I know but it has been the most effective way to do the reverse kegel portion of the Blasters and get the most out of them. For me the pushing part of the Reverse Kegel is easily identified and isolated when I am seated on the toilet doing my business. What I do is expel all urine before starting to blast then I sit and let it rip. For those having problems finding the reverse kegel this may be a wonderful resource.

I have been doing them this way for a long time. I have tried to mention it in passing but I was too shy to start a whole thread. The facts are this is the best way to blast.
 
Well its about time you guys said something about it. Do you have any idea how long I have been trying to figure out how NOT to shit my pants while driving to work???? And if I was even doing it right????

Regular kegels are easy whenever, but reverse is a bitch!

Well now I can stop looking for my size rubber underwear! Good by Depends LOL!!!!

Now this is a unique approach. I guess it's similar in cutting off your urine flow while taking a leak to learn to isolate your PC muscles for kegels. Hey, at least youre not using a butt plug while you do your jelqing....er wait...dont answer that DLD. LOL.

if you sit on the toilet (seat up) and relax even when not taking a crap, your prostate should relax and do a reverse kegel, so you may not have to take a crap, just sit on it with the seat up, the position relaxes your anus and subsequently your prostate.

This is true too and I suggest people try this. Being able to feel a complete reverse kegel with no fear of having an accident is a unspoken luxury.
 
I've thought of this, but for some unknown reason have never done it. I'll give it a go tomorrow morning during my stretching session.

I find my unit is the most elastic right in the morning when I get up for that early morning ritual of taking a shit, shower, and shave.

Some people may skip on the shower and shave depending on their lifestyle, day of the week, etc., but most people have to shit in the morning and this is when I do a lot of my flaccid stretching.

My stretch session is always right when I wake up. I grab my coffee, a cigarette and I sit on the pot and stretch:D
