Ok I will do that. Is that a RK when I push out the BC muscle just imagine when I am peeing but I can feel my ass is stretching so is that a RK and is that normal to have your ass stretching when you do the RK?

Do you know how long it would take me to solve the problem when I do the RK everyday?

Very normal, all pelvic floor muscles will be included in a kegel or reverse kegel. When we push doing a Reverse Kegel you will feel it in your lower abs, your glutes and your penile base.

I have got some questions about doing the reverse kegel. For the last few weeks I has been trying it out to do the reverse kegel. I can feel the muscle at the back of my ass is pushing the bc muscle to my penis, but i can feel the poo come out of my ass so I had to go to toilet to wipe it out. Is that normal to have a poo when you do the reverse kegel and have I done the right thing to do the reverse kegel when I push out the bc muscle to my penis?
You only need to do reverse kegel in relation to penis enlargement, when you are stretching your penis (length work). Just relax into the stretch fully. It's not complicated. Just relax your pelvic floor muscles fully and then stretch.

Don't overthink something that is easy. You will with time learn how to relax fully into the stretch. If you kegel when you stretch you will not gain as fast, and you will not benefit from deep inner penis and ligament stretch (mainly: Suspensory and Fundiform).

Kegeling when stretching can happen in the beginning of your penis enlargement journey. Your penis wants to protect itself it's a built in reflex, but you can override it.

As long as it's you that have control of the stretching intensity there is no danger at all to stretch ligaments and inner penis. Keep it safe and under control.
 
The only time you need to do the reverse kegle is when you are doing length work
