Hi everyone!
I am back in my hardcore Pe routine again but I am starting to get a little scared that I migh be using to much intensity. I feel a bit of "soreness" during my workouts and my penis get's red(especially at the head when I am doing slow squash jelq). I am gaining good with this intensity I am using right now so I really don't wanna step back on it. Any suggestions?

We had already talked about this, and you said that you got better results in expansion/eq after you took a day or two off from the jelqs.
I get redder than Satan during/after training its a sign that you're getting oxygenated blood inside good job.

What shade is your skin mine's tan.
 
You should be fine..if you're really sore i'd say do something like 2 days on 1 day off or something like that until your penis gets used to it.You shouldn't worry about intensity,if you're doing a manual routine you will be fine,your hands alone are not that strong to damage the penis..if you were using something like length master,then you should be careful because you're using both hands and you might put too much force in the stretch.

Soreness is a great indicator that your routine is very good and you push your penis beyond its limits...that's when you gain ;)

@ templnite That makes sense. It just felt like the veins or something was going to pop when I did slow squash jelq.
 
I have even experienced actual pain with a blood-rushing sensation while doing a ssj.
It feels very strange, its hard to describe but no harm done I just quit the session.
And I do get scared of the engorgement which is why I haven't done them in forever. Definitely not a noob exercise.

Ohh good that you stopped. Do you still do PE even after the "injury"?
 
It wasn't a injury playboi just "growing pains" like they call it. Of course I still penis enlarge.

I have a fucked up theory about these occasional twinges, but I think I should keep that to myself.

You are doing fine, no need to worry but make sure you listen to your body and keep up with the consistency.

In this case, two to three off days is fine. When a routine is working, the best thing you can do is to stick with it.
