Is this workout effective?
I use to do a newbie routine than hang for an hour.
Now I am just doing a newbie routine and hanging for 30 min in one session.
Ive gotten real busy and dont have time to hang for a full hour anymore.
Is this still effective?
Also ive been doing the newbie stretch since july, should I change it up?

Where there's a will, there's a way. Assuming you are well conditioned, you can do more advanced stretches and girth exercises, and because of their intesnity, you will need fewer reps.

DLD's Length Blasters are amazing for length. You could slowly transition to the more advanced Blasters as time goes by.

I think you and I are the only ones rocking these! I wish others would give it a try, it really kicks ass!

So I should move from the newbie stretches to the length blaster?

No, add in Length Blasters. They are a lot of fun to do so you may go too long. Try to stay in the 15-20 minute area.

its all about the intensity and effort you put into each workout, not so much the time or counting each rep or pull

you must be focused for each movement and action, therefore for example an intense focused 30min workout can be a lot more effective than a half-arsed 1 hour workout lolz

What if I just move and start a new plan altogether since I have been doing the newbie for a long time.

How about
5 min tunica stretch
__________ stretch
Dld blasters
30 min hanging
Than finish with erect and expressive stretching?

A switch up can cause some quick gains. Give it a go and see what you can make out of it. Any routine should be given at least 60 days to see if it is productive.

Yes but I am asking if this routine is good

For a length only routine it looks great. You have all bases covered.

I changed my length master workout to make it shorter so I can have the zeal to do girth work at night.

As long as there is intensity a routine can be shortened
