This is why you need the O-clamp for the gaiter, it will keep it in place while you stretch. Simply clamp the gaiter down using the O-ring and stretch away.
Use a long ace bandage then. Wrap it so much that it would be way too big to get sucked in. Be sure to do some scrotum stretches prior, to loosen things up.
