guys, please tell me how you avoid getting erect while performing manual stretching?
i can do one-two stretches and i gets fucking semi erect and i can't stretch no more...
i can wait some time till it's completely flaccid and then stretch but the same thing happens...

i love girth work - it's really nice to do Bathmate and then jelqs - but i need those stretches.... :(
 
If you are in situation like that you should maybe masturbate an hour before stretching routine...try and come back with feedback ;)

it works. i did nice girth routine - Bathmate and jelqing. i masturbated and waited half an hour and did my first really good stretching routine! i hope i won't need to masturbate everyday just to perform stretching - it takes a lot of sexual energy out of my body - it pushes me to go out and meet women. i am starting to believe that there's a lot to do - i read a lot of threads here and they push me forward, that's great! i also started believing that i can change other things if only i want it really hard. if there is clear intention and goal, i believe i will always find the way to achieve it. thanks guys, appreciate your help!
 
One very simple and effective way to avoid getting erect while stretching (for me at least) is just do to a lazy ass stretch (BTC) once you feel yourself getting hard. After about 30 seconds of sitting on my dick it becomes 100% flaccid.
I definitely had the same problem, getting erect when stretching or jelqing. I tried whacking off beforehand but that resulted in a lack of motivation to Penis Enlargement, so I hope the BTC method helps.

Take credit for helping someone out. The lazy ass stretches is a awesome idea may even want to do them prior to your length session to prevent erections.

And start with some lighter stretches as warm up. Are bodies are like machines or computers. Soon as you stretch your willy it knows when these tissue lengthen is only during erections and attempts to create one.

I was also geting semi erect while stretching and after a few 12-way set I have done 10 minutes of edging and continued with my Penis Enlargement workout normaly... It is also working very good :)
 
I still think this method is best:
Girth, wack, length

Plus, there is something to be said about stretching after orgasm, the penis seems to be in a much more pliable state. German Stallion has done some pretty good research on this topic.
