I always get these damn erections when I stretch.. I was wondering if I could jelq first and then do the stretching? because I always seem to get some temporary erectile dysfunction after jelqing.. usually lasts a couple of hours .. What do you guys think? would this have an affection on my gains?
 
Hydromaxmmm, I'd say if you're a newbie then you'll just get used to it after a few sessions. It used to happen to me, but after a few weeks it simply stopped happeninge. What you can do though is a few pressups or a bit of shadow boxing or something for a minute to lose the erection.

That is fine. You may also opt to masturbate first then stretch as this is a fool proof method of good stretching without the hard headache:D

If you wet jelq be sure to keep allot of baby powder handy if you stretch after the fact as you will be too slippery.
 
thanks for the replies LMAO I have another quick question just to be safe .. is it ok if I grip my head instead of just below the head?

no. always grip below the head. gripping the head itself can cause circulation problems as far as I understand.

Yep, I wouldn't ever grip the head itself, that would be painful with the amount of force i use! lol

If you're uncut I'd suggest pulling the skin back, may be wierd the first few times but you'll get used to it :)
