I've been doing pe since June 2015
No length gains at all
I recently started picking up the intensity and wrapping well and even using my length master
I still can't gain
Why!?
 
Can you write down your exact routine ? How much days a week did you do PE, how much hours/day etc. ?

With consistency and good routine there is no such thing as no gains over a certain period of time.
 
Please let us know exactly what your routine is, exercises, reps, too work, etc. Be very clear so we can advise best. If you are not gaining there is either a lack of intensity or improper form is being used in exercise. Every man can gain, there is no limiting factor that makes PE impossible for anyone. When someone goes without gains it is vital you ask for help, so I am very glad you made this post TheMan. Let us know this information and we can help.

If you compare this to my routine - do you see any difference ?
My routine: LM bundled hanging 1hr/day, LM bundled hanging 30mins/day, Phallosan 8hrs/day, Bathmate 30mins/day + manual stretching every bathroom break

I think if Id follow your routine, Id see no gains either.
 
Yeah you use alot of intensity, but are you putting in the hours? We asked you to make a progress thread to update daily, and you couldn't even do that! My prognosis is: untrainable

If you switch this routine to this:

Btc 3x30mins (30sets, each 1 min) each way
Straight down 3x30mins (30sets, each 1 min) each way

- then I guarantee gains

Yes Im seirious, look into my thread. I do go to work, I have a family and still can do this.,
We all have 24 hours in a day and it all depends on what you want and are willing to do.
Doing 15mins a day is nothing if you ask me.

Not sure what you mean by how, but best advice anyone can take is PE isn't a workout like going to the gym 3x a week, PE is in fact a lifestyle, a life long dedication to making gains and maintaining a healthy penis. In terms of making gains the routine that was given to do an intense hour a day of stretches really isn't that hard, just from going to work i'm out of my home for at least 14 hrs a day yet I still manage at least 3 hrs in an extender and a length and girth workout, it's def possible, feel welcome to look around the forum and find different exercises and educate yourself on what you're doing and see what others have done to make gains.

A typical PE routine should take about an hour if it is a fully manual routine. If there are tools included this time changes based on those tools. So if you have a Phallosan you will want to wear that as much as possible, if you have a SG the same thing. I think the best way to go and not have to second guess everything is at least do the complete Newbie Routine, whats better is the SRT Routine. In either case, time invested equals gain speed.

I have been using the LM for no more than 45 to 50 mins per session maybe less sometimes....

50 minutes of LengthMaster use is a formidable workout, especially since it is length specific. That is just fine.

I am diagnosing you with needing more sets and also figure out an ADS to keep elongated/expanded longer. Use LM every single day you will be forced to gain

There is no way he can fail using the LM.unless he grabs it the other way around.:O:)

I have a hard time believing this, honestly.

The LM provides guaranteed length gains, there is simply no way you cannot gain using the LM.

I agree so we will need to find out where TheMan is going wrong here. It could be intensity, wrapping, type of stretches or any other issue that may be preventing gains.

TheMan, You have only been using the LengthMaster properly for about 4 weeks if I remember correctly. You were not wrapping before and that explains why no gains are made, it is extremely painful to stretch with the LM and no wrap. Now that you are wrapping correctly we need to give it some time to start working. Have you been comparing your flaccid stretched, bone-pressed measurement against your erect bone-pressed measurement? This is where we all see gains in length first.
 
Dude your not even doing close to phase one, I did it every single day and Gaines almost an inch in the first month.
That a thousand jelqs everyday, then stretching in each direction three time for thirty seconds, not just btc and down.ward, you have to pull straight out and then.upwards as well, just the stretching woild take me almost an hour.
