Hey, guys I was reading about how regular masturbation is healthy, but of course you don't want to over do it. Here is a comment I found on pegym forum by a member named kingpole. Do you guys really think regular masturbation can prevent ED if done right?

I think if your not a regular masturbator you will lose size. This is what happend to me, no jerking off, testosterone levels dropped off, libido suffered, ED set in. I think this is really the case for diabetics. Iv'e talked to a guy who is diabetic like me at college one day. I told him i had ED. He said you got to keep it by jerking off more. Your dick loses muscle memory. This staement promted me to investigate ED online this is how i discovered PE.

To keep testosterone levels up while aging edging is great for this especially if you kegel while masturbating. I also believe long sustained masturbating as in the case of edging and ballooning also adds length and girth size. Those 45 minute edging session can do wonders for your size and self esteem. Depending on your situation and current penis health it would be advantasious to have a minimum of three wet ejacualtions per week.

Every person is different. When I don't masturbate my EQ is 10/10 after 3-4 times a week of masturbation my EQ goes to 6-7/10.
Masturbation is okay once in a while but it causes EQ to go down I believe. Experiment with how many times you can go by doing masturbation and try to get hard the next day and see if your BPEL is the same size as before you ejaculated that same day you masturbated.
 
I'd like to see actual documentation from an endocrinologist showing before and after testosterone levels to prove an actual correlation to masturbating and testosterone levels. Now, masturbating vs sex and blood flow related to erection strength, sure I can buy that connection.
 
We duh still sex Is a hormone driven process so obviously it produces test. Its not as good as weightlifting though, that makes for way harder erections no doubt. Go jack off one day and then go do squats another then tell me when you woke up harder in the morning.

And if neither works then keep citing pegym so I can block you

As a regular masturbator my night and morning woods are a blast. I noticed in the past and present regular masturbation has helped me with my erection quality. If you follow my me you know I took a couple of weeks off from PE and during this I jerked off more, but my EQ was back and morning woods.

I do agree too much masterubation can lower testosterone levels and can have a negative effect on the person, but I also beleive in the penis has muscle memory.

Masturbating once or twice a week should be fine. But if you are doing PE, masturbation becomes an habit.
 
I sorta consider PE as 'athletic masturbation' since I'm literally exercising my d!ck. I don't 'release' more than a couple times a week and it's usually w/my GF, but having prolonged erections certainly have helped maintain, if not increased, my sex-drive. (plus seeing it metamorphosing is a definite motivator)
 
i think a good PE routine and good sex with a woman will definitely keep your penile health at 100% there are also lots of great natural herbs out there.

well actually science says that you gain test after ejaculation, however, sperm contains zinc which is imporant for test levels, therefore , if youre low in zinc and other minerals you'll lose test. Then again, there is medical journals that disprove this theory.
