Hey guys, I get this question semi frequently. The truth is, any guy can hang weights regardless of experience. In fact, most guys will see their best gains hanging sooner vs later. If a guy simply follows a well outlined, thorough hanging program, there's no need for concern. I have seen a lot of concern, or advise over the years which suggests men start some sort of beginner routine, or "condition" their virgin penis first. This is bad advice. You are essentially throwing away your best potential for gains early on by strengthening your penis with a beginner routine. Why not use the most effective type of PE to begin with and maximize your gains from the beginning?

Check out the how-to guide for hanger. I lay out everything in easy to follow detailed instructions with step by step pictures and videos.

My site: hanger.COM

Thanks to DLD and MOS for letting me suggest my hanger to men looking for the best overall value in hanging devices.

A percentage of all hanger sales goes right back to MOS in the form of a monthly donation!

hi mate ive just been on your website its very good, im impressed. I have never done hanging before but im thinking about buying a hanger on my next pay day lol it looks great. do u recommend any weights? what sizes would i need? would it be like 1lb 2lb 3lb and so on?

cheers

Hello, yes I do suggest having at least 10lbs to start with in 1lb increments if you can find them. I think it was on amazon.com I saw incremental weight plates that come in 1lb levels. I answer most questions on the how-to guide.

Hey SWM, my question is a bit stupid I guess, but I just wonder- how is it better than any of the Bib models? :)

Naw man, it would only be stupid if you didn't ask ;) I cover the big changes my design engineer and I made to the hanger design in the below video:

So, hanger is stronger, a cleaner looking design, more comfortable at higher weights, AND half the cost of the least expensive BIB hanger. With a much better how to guide and support system.

well always start with the least weight you have . then keep adding and adding till you feel you have a good stretch in your penis like you do with your hand. I guess that is your ideal weight in the beginning and then you can gradually increase every week.

Actually, no matter where you are with PE, total newbie or experienced with any other type of PE, you should always start with the weight range I suggest in the how-to guide. I outline the weight progression to get a guy started. There's no guesswork needed to be successful.

well im sure you know what your talking about as you have been hanging for years and your weight range is fixed. But not everyones penis is accustomed to the same weight range as every penis size is varies. what i meant was that the ideal weight to start as a newbie should be atleast giving you a stretch that you get from your hands or maybe a bit more.
There is a reason why some gain in a month and some dont because everyone is different. similarly the weight for someone as a newbie could be more or less depending upon them.

Yes, but you still want to start safely with no more than about 2 pounds and work up over time as I lay out in my how-to guide. I think you are misunderstanding the basics of what I'm trying to explain. I'm not trying to say you're wrong.
No matter how experienced a guy is, he still needs to start with a low weight and work up to higher weights. Then he can focus on the stretch and continued weight progression as he learns more about hanging and safely doing things. That's why I have put together my how-to guide as I have.

That is exactly what my point is too and neither am i trying to say your wrong....to start with lower weights and increase them weekly or when they feel the need arises. I also began with 2 pounds. Now you have it organized for the newbies in a manner that fits perfect i guess

Another question I get semi frequently from customers, or potential customers is something along the lines of "Hey, what if I'm uncut/not circumcised...how do I use your hanger?"

I cover this in the hanger how to guide. Short answer without pulling up the how to guide: You leave your foreskin alone, and use my suggestions.

That's really up to you. I would do all length training before girth though. To include your hanging if you choose to add it. Swelling from girth work tends to make fitting a hanger more difficult, but not impossible.

Is a better question do you think that just hanging straight down (which you say is the best direction) would benefit greater than multidirectional stretching? It makes sense the latter because the tunica doesn't just grant gains from the dorsal side only, but form every part of its surface

Regardless of direction, the penis gets stretched. I focused on downward angles because that was my personal preference for comfort. I don't think there's an actual best angle to hang.

You put it very well "there's no angle" that's many different angles bra. If you remember we had the bundles breakthrough of pre stretching the tunica diagonally. Anyone can tell you that has been doing bundles its easier to achieve fatigue with this method. Just like we hit it diagonal we hit axially, and all directions to get the most out if the least effort ya dig? This way is easier on the tissues than just blasting it with as much weight as possible everyday. Train smarter bros

I think that hitting as many angles possible just in case there are gains there is best. Hanging can be done in many angles and positions so I suggest using as many as you can within a routine. Two positions that should always be focused on is Downward Hanging and OTS (over the shoulder) as these positions train two important areas, the Tunica with OTS hanging and ligament stretching with downward hanging. Also, using DLD Blasters while hanging is a smart move as it allows for a much better stretch without too much interference from the pelvic floor muscles. I also think that getting in some Bundled Stretches prior to a hanging session will accelerate the process. And also remember that when you attach your hanger or LengthMaster to your penis at a low point you will be hitting internal structures by Expressive Stretching.
