This exercise works well at bringing forwards the inner penis. I never used to perform this years ago, was always focused on more ''glorious'' methods I guess.

Please dont underestimate this. Recently I perform these more, as I have more inner penis coming through, and this I think is better then expressive stretching at getting inner penile to come outwards and become more external, which in time becomes growth and it can be worked as per usual with other methods i.e you have grown and have more size.

Here is the best explanation to do it ...

Get an 80% erection, then feel around between your balls and your ass. This is your inner penis, you jelq it by pushing it against your body and moving up towards your outer penis, you can use your fingertips, or the back of your thumb, or a karate chop like thing.

What I do, is stretch the inner penis with a finger or thumb to the left and right after a set of these. Wouldn't suggest newbies perform them, stick with the foundation basics and get a blueprint so to speak, then as you become more advanced and notice more growth, you will notice in the area between the balls and anus, more internal penis.

Hydromaxmmm, now I come to think about it I already exercise this part of the penis which I call the Hidden Tunicae.
Cable Constrictors made myn bigger and got more blood inside it, than all I need todo now is fulcrum / ''V'' hanging to drag the new developed tunicae to the external.

I think I will skip the BTB jelqing.

If the BTB jelwing is only meant for blood flow, I will say it is not worth it at all.
