Before i start going into details about the routine let me just say that the most important thing in any Penis Enlargement routine is Intensity.Many people have misconceptions about it so i will try to elaborate.

If you wont to make any lenght routine more harder you need to do a few modifications and follow the next few Penis Enlargement laws = :

1) Increase intensity = progressively increase the stretching force that you are using to stress your penis(this is a never ending process and a day to day grind).Always try to use more force then you used on the last workout.

2) Increase extensity = increase the time under which your penis is being stressed by a stretching force.

3) Increase the number of training sessions you do daily,weekly,yearly.
Penis Enlargement is a science no doubt about it and as such simple mathematical laws can be applied to it.
After any good session when you rest your penis grows on a microscopical level that can be expressed by a number so the more "good" session you do daily,weekly,yearly = the more you will grow.Here we are taking a theoretical approach that your Penis Enlargement training is good enough to provoke adaptation response after every session which is a hard thing to do.

4)Diversity = dont pick just one exercise.Pick a few diffrent exercises so that each specific exercise targets diffrent part of the penis(ligaments,tunica,skin,internal penis) but dont use 2 many exercises because then your intensity will be in jeopardy and you will have a harder time tracking your progress as far a force output is concerned.

5)Keep it simple = Dont overanalyze things to much.Penis Enlargement is a simple sport.Just do the work and grind.

So the best thing to do is combine all this things into 1 routine in which we have intensity,extensity and diversity.


ROUTINE :

Routine is very simple and is dived in 3 parts and is very easy to understand.Morning,afternoon,evening.

Morning workout:

-5 mins of simple warmup.

-30mins of Hanging with a weight sufficient enough to provoke adaptation mechanism response.

-After the session is over strap on a regular ADS extender and wear it untill the next session.Try to wear the extender at least 8 hours a day.Essentialy you are wearing it always when youre not doing the manual work.

Afternoon workout :

Repeat everything from the morning workout.

Evening workout

Repeat everything from the morning workout.


Do this routine everyday,7days a week, 365 days a year,even on holidays and i guarantee you will grow no matter what.Its all up to you.

Very true. I've done a few days as intense as this and you realize its so easy to gain if you were on a routine like this day in day out.
 
yeah, lets be serious here. who has 6 hours a day to yank on their dick????? I DO work from home and i still dont have that!! that's a full time job.
 
Checkout the authors Avatar and it sums it up ... this is BRUTAL work, too brutal for me I admit but Blue_Whale knows things better than many and I dont dought the power this would have if applied to his instructions. If your in prison than perhaps this would be great to tot the time up? :) Dont explain the yanking and stretching to anyone.

I am seeing a lot of doubts and "excuses" by some of the guys.

As much as i understand everyday problems that we face on a daily basis in this modern capitalistic slavery world and struggles we face in order to survive and secure our existence,everything can be managed and done with some discipline.

The only thing stopping "you" from gaining is the mental attitude.First you must conquer yourself mentally inside your head then you will easily conquer your penis.

"Never give up,never surrender untill death do us appart on the Penis Enlargement battlefield."

Mr. Blue Whale, firstly, let me say, good day to you sir and thank you for all of the amazing work you have done in the field of Penis Enlargement while not being interested in any financial gain. Not saying I don't appreciate what DLD or Bib have done for us, because I love what DLD has done and continues to do, but it is harder to do so and also be financially responsible. Now that I am done with my soliloquy, what do you mean by "hang until you feel adaptation response". Do you mean when the PC muscle clenches back due to the weight?
 
Nice writeup BW. For those time conscious/financially responsible who have questions, i have a suggestion. I am among those of you bound by the regular nag of a work shift in order to provide for my family as well, as with any Penis Enlargement routine, you MUST, tailor it to how your body responds and, vice versa make your body adapt to the demands of the workout. That being said, if you cant dedicate the 30 minutes all at one, stretch it out. Start off by waking up 30 minutes earlier and getting some morning Penis Enlargement in, if you can, wake up an hour earlier, get an hour in. Throughout the day, don have an ADS, when you hit the bathroom, use the stall get 3-5 minutes of a length session in, multiply that by 3-4 trips to the can daily and you can have a good 20 minutes+ if you make the effort. Evenings, yeah we are all tired as hell from grinding away/other responsibilites. Let everyone else go to sleep, stay up 30 minutes more, get a small, intense session in, then go to bed. Those small bits easily give you an example of how to get in 2 hours of Penis Enlargement easily in a day without any real heavy modification to your existing schedule.
