So I've been doing the newbie stretches for 4 months and feel like its time to take it to the next level. What are the best stretches to do after you have done the basic ones for a while?
 
Best Stretches after Newbie Stretches? There is no real replacement for the value and the enormous amount of angles realized in the Basic Stretching routine found in the Newbie Thread or in Phase 1. Basic Stretching allows for every conceivable angle from the extremes of BTC to the opposite poll in Rotaries. Once one masters Basic Stretching he should not replace it rather add to it. This is where advanced exercises, super-sets and equipment come into the picture. The best source for advanced length methods would be the teaching contained in SRT as this is a journal of the basic evolution of MOS as a whole. It gives the information to advanced work with many methods, it will soon be updated again but it is always current. You can read through SRT and see where it may help you and where you can add take away, adjust or reevaluate what you are doing now. The idea is to educate men much quicker through a streamline of pertinent information.
 
I basically do everything in srt. Just feel stuck lately. I haven't increased bpel in a few months
 
My very novice guess would be that you wouldn't want more stretches but more exercises...
 
It's frustrating cause I've added another bar on sg but I only measure a little thicker but not any longer. I guess maybe after a while having this new bar will lead to something. I probably do about nine rounds a day of the basic stretches
 
adding another bar thats a good sign in my opinion
have you tried the excersizes directly in hot shower then apply the SG extender
after that wrap of some form of ADS

Jdcsd, isn't your progress kind of on par with your training time from what you've described? Using the 1000 hours per inch in the SG I mean.

You know what you can do that may help is erect stretching and perhaps, if able, erect extending because both give the advantage of converting flaccid stretched gains to erect ones. This, in conjunction with maybe a bit more warm up stretches is extremely angular positions will definitely budge that length measurement.

That is why I said, if able, some men can actually do it so I thought I would put it out there.
 
I think they need to make a bigger size genetics like they do with pump. I don't even have a big girth, about 5.5 erect and my dick fills the hole out and is smashing up into the sides. Basically my erect doesn't fit in it girth wise.

I'd say that's about right for the inch that I gained but now I don't feel like I'm getting as much out of it. I expected the gains to slow down a lot but I don't want them to stop. I would say that the 1000 for an inch is for ONE inch. I think getting more than that first inch will take much more. At least for me it is. I'm sure this is true for most people though cause the beginning was newbie gains

I already have suggested this to them if they make another model change. It is really only an issue for a very small populous but still, the change would not effect anything negatively.

The next level is to grab a length master brother. That device is the master of length gains.
