Even though I'm still a noob at this PE thing, one of my favorite bundled stretches is while I watch TV in a recliner or just lying in bed at night. I attach my
length master to my shaft, attach a 2ft chain to my
length master carabiner, then attach the opposite end of the chain to an ankle strap that I wrap around my foot. What's great about this is that I can easily get 20-30 minute sets in without even really thinking about it and also you can push with your leg to create some great force. It's what do in between my normal stretching routine and hanging. I get really sore in the correct areas with this...I can't wait to measure in about 6 months. Hopefully I'll put on at least a half inch to a full inch.
