I been doing bundle stretch using my LengthMaster. Anyone can explain what are the benefits of this exercise and how it can increase in length? Thanks!

The tunica is sooo hard to deform the bundling makes it easier to stretch for gains,be really careful though you can in effect rip your dick off its so powerful

If anyone is halfway smart they should find their limit right away, I believe one full rotation is plenty good for most men.

This depends on length greatly, some men can get as many as 3 bundles to stretch while others may only get 1 or 2. The Bundles are the smartest way to break down stubborn Tunica tissue and effectively stretch it. It is almost like wringing out a wet towel, the more you bundle it and stretch it the longer it becomes, after some time the towel will be far longer than it was before the process. A similar thing is happening with Bundle Stretching.
 
Thanks for all the replies guys! Are two sets of bundle stretches good enough? Basically, I stretch from center, upward, downward and btc in all direction. Is this too much or should i add another set? UsuAlly, it takes me approximately 20 mins to complete two sets.

How's it feel? Do you feel like your doing enough? To much back off to little add some sets yo

20 minutes is a good amount of time but you could get in another set if you have the time and you feel up to it. Usually stretching for me lasts about 30-45 minutes. Everyone is different so some experimentation will be needed.

i recommend as long as you can go without losing circulation or damaging skin. i did 50 minutes straight today. wish i could have put it back on and continued but had to head out

I agree, you really can't overtrain in flaccid length work.

With such short sets in bundle stretching loss of blood flow would not be an issue. Restricting blood flow really starts to become dangerous at the 20-30 minute mark.
 
Wait, so is that to say that tunica stretching (bundles, etc.) is only for flaccid length? What exercises really target erect length?

I do two sets too(one bundeled to the left and the second one to the right with my penis twisted 1.5 times) and seems more the enough. The streches I do in every set are: upward, SO, left, right, UDL left, UDL right, SD, BTC, BTC left and right

I have found that doing DLD Blasters prior to any bundeled streching increases the intensity of the strech to the border of physical pain, not sure what the relation between the Blasters and bundeled is since the first one targets the ligaments while the other the tunica but it seems that doing them in this order has a synergic effect.

The A-Stretch is a very broad stretch in the way that it covers most of the shaft and this allows the penis to hang looser. It makes sense that it would be a good warm up to LengthMaster stretching as it would relax the penis and pre-fatigue it.

Maybe i should try them newbie bundled strtechings would be interesting.,.

I think it is wise to practice the Bundled stretches manually first and then ease your way into Bundled LengthMaster stretches. I believe Bundles to be one of the best ways to make length gains.

I tried the bundled DLD blasters or something in the past but i still havnet tried them Bundled newbie stretchings whit the LM on lol....
 
Bundled stretches are one of the most important exercises to use in breaking down the Tunica and allowing for longer and thicker gains. The Tunica is extremely dense and causes slow growth, in breaking down the tunica size gains can be made much faster.

Bundles are the Tunica busters, they make it possible for much growth to happen since the Tunica is one of the toughest parts of the penis to expand. Bundled stretches will most effectively break down the Tunica and allow for further expansion and elongation.
