Hey gang,

I just got out of a 2 year relationship with a girl. I did barely any PE during that time, but now I am back with a vengeance. I made good gains before the relationship but stopping PE has caused me to lose a little length (not sure about girth). I am relieved to be out of the relationship and now just want to grow my dick bigger and plow as much pussy as I can handle.

I mainly want to focus on girth now. I am not in a position to buy any of the equipment except maybe a fleshlight (apparently it can help to gain size).
What are the best manual girth exercises I could be doing to really make my dick fat. I used to do jelqs, which also gave me heaps of length, as well as slow squash jelqs, horse squeezes, Uli's and clamping. They did the trick before but just wondering if there are any other things I could be doing to maximize my gains

SSJs and SRT size blasters (!!can't stess that enough because many people seem to view it primarily as length exercise) work best for me.
 
Good on you getting out of a miserable relationship! Too many people settle for less than they should in relationships. Men do it too. One of the worst things a guy who's into PE can do is allow a relationship to dictate what he does with his own penis. It's your damn dick and you'll do as you please with it. If you want 10" go for 10".

Now's your time to focus on you and getting what you want. Put yourself first for a change.
 
Welcome back and I am happy that you are out of a relationship that was not satisfying. Even though you have previous experience I would suggest a short time using the Newbie Routine just to get things ready (maybe a week or two), from there you could start on the SRT Routine. I do not think SRT was very popular two years ago but since that time it has become all the rage. I wish you the best on your new journey.
 
It seems to me like you already used to do most of what you need to in order to gain girth. Continue to clamp and do the other manual girth stuff, but one important thing to do is to kegel a whole lot. Kegeling is really the foundation that leads to girth gains because it causes higher EQ, which helps you get to maximum expansion, and it allows you to actually get more blood into the penis.

So true and I hope all men take your advice, without kegels the penis will never reach it's full potential.

You will need to buy a mityvac penis pump if you want to make girth gains faster. You want to combine pumping with slow squash jelq. You will not regret buying the pump.
