Its very hard to say how much sensitivity I have lost but lets put it this way that I dont seem to be able to stimulate myself via the head unless I would wank with a grip making intercourse fairly crap for me ... my simply wanking the foreskin I seem to get engorged but if i try to do any stimulation to the head and by any other means it just doesn't do it for me so as a result I start losing erection while i am inside ...

Grab either the head or below the head ... lately i have tried pulling down on my frenulum because it would sting whilst grippin below the head ... but after days of pulling down the skin i was able to get a good and comfy grip (Botched circumcision i guess)

Have you tried any periods of no stimulation of any kind? No Penis Enlargement, no wanking...hell, not even any vigorous washing in the shower?
Maybe you've just over stimulated yer cockhead and it needs a bit of a break.
Just like your eyes becoming more sensitive to light when in darkness or your ears becoming sharper in silence maybe you'll regain sensitivity in an atmosphere of sensory deprivation- at least as far as your glans is concerned.

Try to shift your grip to the "below the head" position. You are more than likely putting too much pressure on the glans which could cause temporary reduction in sensitivity. I think the feeling will return to normal in a few days.
Well, here's a bit I wrote in another thread, might help:
One technique that works for me for stretching is start as close to the base as possible and perform one set of stretches there, then move towards the head about an inch or so-one finger width for me- and then continue on until I've reached the head.
To maintain a good grip I'll kegel blood into my penis until the volume from my grip point to the head is almost at a full erection level, gripping tightly to prevent outflow this "bulbous end" acts as a damn good anchor. It also isolates the vast majority of the stretch into the tunica & septum- away from the skin.
I try to do all my stretches with my grip well below my circ scar--that way I stay away from the sensitive nerves around the scar area and the head. I also like to stretch my foreskin (I have lots of foreskin) around the head if I am going to grip the glans.
