This may seem like a dumb question but i really don't know much about the anatomy of my penis so i'm curious. I know my dick is getting longer i've gained bout 1.25 inches but i'm curious what is happening to the veins and such inside my dick as my dick gets longer. Are they extending or what i really got no idea anyone who can enlighten me thanks

the veins become larger as your penis becomes larger. they get larger because they become accustomed to holding more and more blood. they stretch in both length and girth, just like your penis. at least thats my take on things because pe increases your vascularity

No one really knows, actually. The big Penis Enlargement debate right now is not whether it's possible, but HOW it's possible. Do we grow new cells, or make the ones we have longer? It's probably a very complex mixture of both of them. For different parts of the penile anatomy I'd imagine that they grow and enlarge in different ways. As soon as someone knows for sure, I'd be happy to fill you in.

I think it's just the existing cells being "stretched" out. No new cells are being created. Just like stretching other areas of the body. Or even "growing" muscle with bodybuilding. No new muscle cells are actually being created, just made larger.

We'll just never know without a proper medical study being completed. And hell is likely to freeze over well before that ever happens. :)

Interesting thing, though. I read something recently about how it's finally being understood how fat accumulates. Fat cells get larger and larger until they hit their (very finite) limit. After that, new cells are created. It takes a bare minimum of 6 months for fat cells to literally be starved of their contents, after which they are destroyed by the body.

Of course, it is a huge, huge stretch (pun intended ;)) to even suggest that any other cells are the same- such as those of the penis. Food for thought, though.

Well, it wouldn't necessarily have to be studied...think of it this way....as a skin graft functions the skin is taken and placed over an existing spot, new cells grow from this, as they have to because the skin they have extracted is dead....so as to actually fix the problem new cells would have to be created....as in bodybuilding or exercise in general, for your muscles to grow you have to cause enough trauma to elicit a gorwth repsonse, so after this is achieved your body must "heal" the damage, which means creation of new cells....even at it's most base level new cells have got to be created for us to continue to live...at least within this example otherwise your immune system would be so run down from the "trauma" that you would certainly be very sick or die...so yes, the cells on some level must replicate....if any part of your body is faced with any kind of trauma new cells are created to become stronger....so by keeping the penis in a weakend state one could perceive that they would make faster gains as the tissue is never "healed"....

if this is convuluted I apologize...it's late and I had a long day at work....if this needs to be cleared up I"ll check back....good luck reading this...good night

As we stretch, expand and deform the penile skin and tissue many things are at work. Increase blood flow to the Corposa Cavernosa and Corpus Spongiosum, through Penis Enlargement exercise, micro-trama in the cells occurs. When these cells repair and rebuilds, a penis will increase in length and girth. Along with tissue expansion the actual veins and capillaries actually become larger and able to hold more blood. The body is amazing in this way, if part of our body becomes larger the supply of blood to the area will increase. There are records of people who have had tumors that have gone many years without treatment (some reaching twice the body weight of the afflicted). In the cases that these tumors are removed and studied the biopsies are amazing. There is a huge network of veins, capillaries and arteries that have forged their way to the tumor to supply blood, some as thick as 3" in circumference! The penis, as with any living tissue, is supplied with the amount of blood necessary for proper function. As it grows so does its blood supply and the pathways that bring this blood.
