Dumb question but, I've been doing moderate manual length exercises and noticed something. It might be different for everyone but, whenever I stretch downward or behind the cheek, I get a much better (although temporary) response vs stretching side to side or pulling up. Doing this without a device is a little hard on the hand, so I'd like to get some type of device eventually but, has anyone come up with an all day stretch device which would hold your john at either of those angles? if not all day, overnight? I haven't looked too much into the PF simply because of the price but, is it capable of stretching in any direction you want?
 
BTC stretches are usually more intense because they focus more directly on the base area and ligaments.
Not sure you could safely wear something "all day". Not really a need with intense enough training. You gain when you train.

Both are equally important to make the fastest gains. SRT covers both active and passive PE giving the best understanding of this process.
 
Interesting concept. Makes me wonder if I should just do stretches downward instead of side and up or concentrate more on downward stretches.

Downward stretching will bring length gains the fastest, this is where the ligaments are stretched in one of the best ways. The only stretch that brings ligamental gains even faster would be Behind the Cheeks Stretching, there is no limit to ligament gains here. All angles should be hit but know that downward stretches is where the first length gains come.

You do not want to wear something that will hold you in that position overnight. You get erections in your sleep and will probably wake up in a lot of pain.

I have read of devices which put you in this position but they were set up for foreskin restoration. I'm sure you could adapt it for length work but don't know if you'd want to hold it all day.

In the Marine Corps we used "shirt stays" which attached to the bottom of our dress uniform shirts and we ran them down to our socks. It helped keep the shirt constantly tucked in (and is part of what makes us look so awesome).

Every Marine at one point in their career has had one come loose and go flying upwards. They aim themselves right at your balls every single time. Not a fun experience.
 
The only safe device to wear at night is the Phallosan or ACE. Anything else could cause problems.

I figured there was probably something safe to wear at night but I wasn't sure what was. When in doubt err on the side of caution.

Yeah, the Phallosan is the best as it actually causes gains when wearing it to sleep. It has multi positions so comfort can be found for any way you sleep. It is basically the only device you can wear 24 hours a day.
 
Quite interesting.

I was thinking about this the other day... would it be safe and would it help with length gains to use an ace bandage post stretching to keep the penis elongated? I'm talking about wrapping it in such a way that it would keep you longer, almost like squeezing it. It'd have to be wrapped snug enough to force it to stay long but still loose enough to not cut off circulation as you'd want to keep it that way for hours.

Of course it would, have you read through SRT thread? This is greatly expanded on there plus so much more information. Please read through the first post on SRT.

I've read a little on and off of the SRT thread. After asking this question and before reading this reply I did see something in the SRT thread about that. I will go back and search it out specifically.
 
The "Lazy Ass Stretch" where you pull your flaccid penis between your cheeks- pointing the penis backwards, and then sitting on a moderately cushioned seat to sit on and hold the stretched penis should suffice. One can stay for hours in this position- though if you're new to the exercise you'll want to start with low volume and work your way up over time.

It can be done, but why? I'll put in my 2 cents. Using a PF you attach the bell like normal, tuck your junk btc after you slide foam ring over everything and run the strap over your shoulder. Strap is hidden by a shirt. Now, this is good if your wearing coveralls & standing all day but if I'm home or close to home like running a quick errand I think the benefits of wearing an externder outweighs wearing the PF in this manner. YMMV so give it a try. I never wore it this way for long, I was just experimenting one day & did it.

Over the shoulder for the PF? Do you use an extra [long] strap to wear it this way?
 
I'm '5 10-5-11" & if you adjust the strap all the way out it'll work. I haven't done this is in a long time & I don't remember if I readjusted the strap or not.
