could you possibly give me a program that really works for girth and lenght.i have only half an hour a day to do that.so i need something good.jelqing and streching something like that.how much should i train to get results..i would like 1,5 inch in lenght and 1 ingh in girth.with jelqing and streching at half an hour aday in how long will i gain the results?
 
can you explain what exactly is that??should i keep up like this?only a little stretching and 20 minutes jelqing a day??is that enough??tell me..6 times a week and one day off +some vitamins c and echinacea.i think that will work in two months or so...jelqing can provide lenght results??what should i do...?

Everyone on here would say the same thing (I hope!) where you should start off light and work your way up to greater intensity or you might end up with an injured and rather limp penis. It sounds like you should join up to the paysite dude, it has everything you need to know, and there's a lot less risk of hurting yourself as the exercises are all explained in much depth. :)

DLD's NEWBIE ROUTINE MODIFIED FOR LESS TIME

Basic Stretching: 1 Set of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Approximately 10 minutes

100 2 Second Jelqs

Approximately 20 minutes

total: 30 minutes

PC Muscle Fitness
This can be done while driving, working, etc. so I am not including this in the time.

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.
 
My first routine consisted of stretching for 15 min and jelqing for 15 min. for a week and it steadily increased the time. Each week the time spent jelqing and stretching would go up until the final week you stretch for 30 min and jelq for 30 min. I kinda made it up myself but there you go. I stretched for 30 sec in each direction(down, left, right, straight out, and up). The last week you could just stretch in each direction for 6 sets. I like counting minutes when I jelq and not just actual jelqs.
That way I can multitask, sometimes I'll read a schoolbook, or the Bible, or I might watch a movie.​
 
thanks a lot everyone.i started yesterday my routine.300 kegels ,20 minutes jelqing and 10 minutes stretching.i felt quite hard when the routine was over.like my penis was too thick even being flaccid.i believe thats the work out.i also take some vitamins these days but i am still smoking.i will give it a try for 2 months or so..do you think that a will gain something at that period of time?if i saw something i will continue at the same rate...

I hope you warm up and down as this is an easy way to help speed your gains. Plus it will help prevent injury.;)
 
I would honestly say from my own personal experience that if you really only have 30 minutes a day that you can squeeze out for a Penis Enlargement routine (among other more important stuff like T.V. for example) , you will need to decide what you want most right now...length or girth. Once you have that figured out, then settle on a routine. If youre more interested in a big fat, nerve stimulating, so thick they cant fit it in their mouth, make em gasp when you stick it in kinda girth clamping is the only way to go.
