Recently I decided to get back in the inches game, with my past efforts culminating into an inch gain in length and a half inch in girth!
I then took a year off due to life issues, and now am back.
so basicly ive been doing the newb routine because it brought me great length quick last time I did it.
but im a little down because ive been jelqing 500-600 and stretching for 30-40 min every night for 2 weeks and I haven't even budged!
not flaccid or erect, kind feeling disappointed because im really trying to stick to this but nothing is happening.

it's really hard to gain girth quickly, especially after you've made the initial ballooning of a beginner, which you have. I've rarely seen stats of vets who gain more than an inch in girth in a year after their initial girth explosion.

the only thing i could suggest length-wise is to up the intensity. maybe look into some kind of advice that would let you apply more stress to your stretches.

That, and make sure you are following SRT guidelines. It is helping guys gain inches they may never have had.

if you already gained 1 inch i think it is time to try the more advanced techniques. of course ease into it. but beginner is not for a +1inch gained guy in my opinion

Thanks for the help guys!
im going to up the intensity and replace jelqs with some more intense girth exercises,
The only concern I have is, will cutting out the jelqs affect length gains?
the reason I question this is because jelqing is actualy a very intense form of stretching that's why in the beginers phase 1 a lot of people make great gains!
you see when you start out erect and jelq thru until your pretty limp befor you re-stimulate, what you actualy doing is a shit-tone of semi erect stretches, then later you do completely flaccid stretches.
so your getting every spectrum of stretching their is thru phase 1!
Now, if I cut out jelqing then what im actually doing is cutting out erect and semi erect stretches, wich could dramatically slow length gains!!!
so im having doubts, I don't know if I should just up the intensity or just cut out jelqs?
Also I look at phase1 as a length phase, even tho jelqs are supposed to be for girth, to me they personay don't do shit!

I don't think, it's necessary to cut 'em out completely and I agree with your opinion on classic jelqs. A far too precious exercise - a real allrounder which serves length, girth and eq - to abandon imo. Intensifiy them, if possible, and throw in some SSJs and/or isolated compressions squeezes, double hand jelqs etc. Just execute them in an alternating fashion like jelq/ssj, jelq/ics, jelq/dhj and so on. For me jelqing and SSJing in combination worked damn well!

Become a student of Dlds SRT routine bro. Its about expanding your pe into all day and night doing something productive for pe.

You can do manual stretches and add some creative ones beyond the usual. Ensure btc and rotories are featured in your routine. Add A-stretches where your pulling it around your wrist. Employ reverse kegels when stretching to ensure the PC muscles are unloaded and you're getting all the focus on your tunica and ligs. SSJs are all about smashing the hell out of the tunica especially, making it pliable and stretchable. Including those in your girth routine might help reboot growth.

And finally, maybe its time to up your game with new pe gear? There's a reason
guys get tools after newbie routines get them all they can.

Cheap stuff includes:
-Ace bandage for Uncle Jim's Strap, for healing extended after length work and all day.
-A cockring for healing expanded afer girth routine. These ideas ate a major key to SRT.
-A lock for bikers lock hanging, to get an ADS that's cheap and pulls your ligs good all day.
I paid around $20 for everything needed for UJS, cockrings and lock.

Next would be a hydropump. Even the cheapest Bathmate or Penomet options would help jumpstsrt your gains. They expand the tissues allowing your penis to stretch, balloon, grow and heal into a new size. Especially using Dlds 5x5x3 routine with SSJs mixed in. So save up for that.

Up the game bro. Do new advanced stretches and new tools. And have patience. It may take time to loosen up after a year of cementing healing, essentially. Bottom line, keep going. You'll see gains again only if you keep pe-ing!-)

You shouldn't be looking for quick gains. I always tell the brothers here to only measure girth only once in 6 months. You should avoid measuring too often.

I always stopped training in the past whenever I measure. For me, I'm now using my eyes as my ruler.

Also enjoying the process is important.

That is the reason I like modifying equipment and changing things up, with multiple cylinders for MityVac Hydro-Vac Penis Pump, other brand pumps and equipment. There is no boring time for me.

I did measure my girth after 4 months but that was after I had seen substantial changes with my eyes. In a way this put me down, because I stopped actively gaining and started to focus on maintenance.
If I hadn't measured I would still be obsessed and keep going for 6.5" to 7" inch girth.

But there is no reverse SRT as far as I know. So we need to understand that going to fast, is not always the right way.

Going a little bit slower in gaining can be beneficial as well. It's not just the Erected Girth (EG) and Bone Pressed Erected Length (BPEL) measurements that matters.

Shape, curvature, amount of foreskin and scrotum looseness/hang is also important to consider, in order to keep your penis beutiful and natural looking. Just some other perspectives on the matter.

I want to stay away from the ruler as much as possible. My goal is to max out my mityvac. I don't want to measure ever again until I can achieve that. There will always be women that will take 7 inches girth.

I know some women even take:
women on the inrernet taking a 13,75 inch circumference dildo and enjoying that

hey huge, what's your max size in the pump.

7 inches in girth and right under 8 inches in length inside the pump (almost touching 8 inches length inside the pump). I'm using the mityvac 2.5 inches cylinder.

what your lenght outside the pump

Mind you, the measurements you see inside the pump is not accurate. You cannot compare the measure you see inside the pump to a ruler BPEL measurement.
