As for me, I want to get to 7+ base girth. Girth work is highly addictive. When I resume training, I will be doing girth work mainly by standing only as I fear I might have waist pain again if I do girth work while sitting down.
 
I always preferred standing when doing girth too. One of my favorite "moves" being to squat down (erect), clamp down with a hand tight at the base, kegel/release grip/retighten, then stand back up. Incredible pump.

BM is the magical device and the most effective way to get gains is using it standing up..and yeah girth sessions are way more enjoyable than stretching sometimes...lol

I'm aiming to do everything possible to make sure I'm able to do some length work while training girth. I must gain both ways.

I like this and for good reason. There is so much negativity tied to these "supposed" mental disorders and it is the worst discernment anyone could make. OCD is a gift and if used the right way you can gain 2 inches in 2 months, this is what I did and OCD was my best mate at the time. This goes for many other 'disorders' in the DSM5.
