And that is most important. When we can not accept someone else opinion it closes us off from creating a better opinion for ourselves. On both sides of an argument there will be things that agree and things that do not, that is life and fighting it is sili. I agree. It can be super hard to stay friends. But your view may rub off on the other person. We can't see others' points of view if we don't listen. And even if we still disagree like crazy, we might get a better understanding.
