It's genetic I would say. But I have gained at least a inch in flaccid length and my flaccid doesn't go as small as it use to when its cold. I try to eat healthy, take vaso-dilators like herbs, nuts, L-arginine. Always keep it wrapped as much as possible, workouts or no workouts! Stretch and wrap, stretch and wrap, piss and re-wrap etc. If you're not wrapped, be wearing a cock ring or two. The only time you should have nothing on your shaft is when you're having a shower, the wrap has fallen off during sleep or if you're definitely about to have sex within the hour.
