Right before I go to sleep. Probably not the best time because sometimes I'll skip it because I'm so tired. I always try to do it mid-day.

By doing it at night, this is the most discreet. Lately I have done it in my room and locked the door. I do it with the lights out and just make it out like I am already asleep.

When- Anytime of the day, when my roommate is at class or at work. Sometimes its hard to find time but when worse comes to worse I go to my truck, find some dark parking around the campus and do some Penis Enlargement in my truck

Thanks for directing littlefella to my study DLD. I actually try to do things in the morning before the family gets up (including my 2 year old daughter) Thankfully grad school has me getting up at 6...
I alternate girth and length by days. I sometimes fit in an extra session in the evening but usually my wife prefers me focusing on her instead of my penis.
