I am 19 years old. Then i do 15 minutes of jelqing and 50 kegels. 5 minutes warm-up and 5 minutes warm-down. i do the jelqs 80% erected and the stretches 60% erected. This normally takes 40-50 minutes.
The problem is that i didnt get any gain as far as now. i ve been doing it 6 days on and only one day off
i am 6,25" long and 5,25" girth.
Am i doing something wrong?
