Whats people view on Penis surgery???

I was looking on Google about pe and as you do I end up in a totally different area of life in the Google world Penis surgery!

I don’t know what to think, they are saying gain up to 1-2 inches in length or 1-2 inches in girth or even do a combo surgery length and girth in one. Did say girth may lose 33% after the surgery. And with the length they say do fast size style of training.

Hearing those numbers just seen way would people train if you got that? I understand the cost side £5000 - $75000 and everything but 1 day you got the inches and with pe training months and years to gain that stuff.

What does everyone else think? And if anyone has had it whats your thought and maybe pictures…
 
Not convinced by it - the gains are either tempory or require Penis Enlargement type exercises to get post surgery - plus alot of risk!
 
I think this forum is pretty anti surgery.
Lots of horror stories and lots of really expensive procedures.
Give manual Penis Enlargement an honest chance before even considering surgery!

Try manual exercise first before surgery and getting all the good pe devices only cost 5% of the surgery cost. Search around the forum, they were threads about guys who had surgery, they shared their thoughts and posted some pictures of their units.

hi thanks for the advice, yes ive been peing for sometime now and im not looking for surgery anytime soon, was just interested in the concept of surgery....also looking at pornstars are you looking at a real person or someone that has done pe or even surgery? girth one seem pretty impressive as a surgery option but again the side effect could be f.ck up!

bit like looking at a bodybuilder is it natural or steroids! saying that im think we should focus are own goals and not worry about other people's size how big or small, worry about yourself. but its alway good to understand how we all can move forward in the pe world..
 
I believe some pornstars do surgery but some do pe and with camera tricks, they look fucking huge even some are not big..
 
The success rates are just way too low for me to even consider surgery. Implants, injections, alloderm/whatever-derm (implants as well) all run a high risk of infection and rejection post surgery. I've also heard of very few men who were actually completely happy with the results. Most of the men I've seen report their ''success'' acknowledged an unnatural look and or feel to their penis post surgery. I'd rather put in the time and be happy. So far, I've gained without surgery what would have probably cost $20,000+ to gain with surgery.
 
It's extremely expensive, very risky, and should be used as a last resort- if at all. Try to exhaust all other reasonable available options first.

On DLDs youtube page you can find a documentary of this guy who paid like thousands of dollars to gain 1" ! He had to wear a hanger 8 hours a day for like 6 months. The doctor told him if he hung the weight for 7.5 hrs a day the dr would say he wasted 7.5 hours that day! At the end of the video it said the guy who got the surgery was recovering or something and it also through in next to that the dr was building a new garage for his new rolls royces, thats if I remember correctly.

I felt so bad for that guy because me and him are the same size now and Ive spent about $500 for the same results actually better results that will keep coming. He basically has fucked up his penis. He spent that much money its so sad he could have at least tried pumping and jelqing or some form before surgery!!!!!

Basically its about how much you want to find out if Penis Enlargement really works for you or if you want the easy way out you may be getting more than you really want, or not getting enough*.
 
yer does seem to be the case that surgery is part of doing pe training after you have had the op. which you would gain anyway with or without it!
 
Bases have been covered already with what I was going to say but I will reiterate that surgery often gives a pretty fucked up look to the penis. Have you ever noticed in adult entertainment the guys with a large thick penis but a small pathetic head? surgery is more than likely. Shorty Mac for example is either surgical or has had that look from a priapism but than again he has good use of his penis so I would opt for surgery. The penis surgery is a scam. If they add anything such as alloderm or transferred fat, it will be absorbed eventually, If the cut the lig partially your cock will hang lower and give the APPenis EnlargementARANCE it is bigger while flaccid, however, it will not actually be any bigger. I had surgeries after I was damaged in a bad airplane crash and it was a complete waste of time. What did work for me is jelques, clamps, squeezes, pumping, hanging and manual stretching. exactly! Any surgery holds many negative consequences that are very REAL! When someone like myself, who has gained 5 times what a surgery promises needs to be listened to, practice Penis Enlargement and gain naturally!

So true. Saw a movie with a guy who went through surgery for a gain of 1.5 inches. His dick was bloody, looked like hamburger and had gauze on it for a long time. Imagine having to go to the bathroom with that!!!

How sad that much pain and inconvenience for just 1.5 inches in length when it's all unneccessary! That poor guy could have gained more than that plus girth with manual exercises and less money.
 
Men are generally lazy and would rather a quick fix than actually doing what works. It is not like there is a lack of information on natural penis enlargement.
