After this I'm going to break for 4 weeks and start over. I may take a slightly less intense approach than this based on physiological indicators.
I have a few questions for those who have done IPR: How long should I decondition before starting this routine? I was thinking 4-6 weeks. Also, please give your opinion of this routine based on your own experiences.
