I tried magnumforce edging for 2 weeks and didn't get what I wanted from it. I was starting to gain a tiny bit of girth, but I'm going after length right now. Instead I've decided to give IPR a shot, since I've been Penis Enlargementing a year straight and could use the deconditioning (and the extra study time since I'm at college). I was thinking of the following schedule:

Once midweek and on fridays, saturdays, and sundays I plan on throwing in 2-3 hours of edging, and a bit of SD or SO hanging to solidify my gains. I might take some basic supplements to aid with bloodflow folling the workout. I won't masturbate for these 18 days, but I'll probably have sex 3-4 times. After this I'm going to break for 4 weeks and start over. I may take a slightly less intense approach than this based on physiological indicators.

I have a few questions for those who have done IPR: How long should I decondition before starting this routine? I was thinking 4-6 weeks. Also, please give your opinion of this routine based on your own experiences.
 
At one point during the last month or so of my incarceration and a month or so after coming home, i had off time from pe. Mainly something like 2-2.5 months, fuck i dont know. So from my experience give it a few months and you'll prosper fam.
 
decon should be about 2 months.
also that routine is way too heavy for IPR. xeno trained every 3 days to avoid overtraining, so something like day 1 = 150 jelqs, day 4 = 165 jelqs day 7 = 185 jelqs etc. the main factor for IPR is to avoid overtraining.

I was told a 2month decon break, no less!

Im still unsure which route to follow...
I spoke to DLD and im going to put my trust in him to get me gaining again, as his past advice and routine have got me to where i am 2day!

If you're looking into the pure IPR application that Xeno espouses then two months off and then it's back to work on a one on one off schedule. Personally I've found that if you focus on length and leave girth to it's own cycle progress comes very rapidly on as little as 7 days rest. I'd say if you're going for length then stick with a nice heating pad or IR lamp warmup, reapplication as you cool down during the session, and then work up to 5-6 rotation using basic stretches in one position and work your way into more intense stretches. I'd then apply the heat again and then put on the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]. This is pretty much my routine in a nut shell. I don't go by total time stretching, because I do use the heating pad a good bit during sessions to keep everything loose, but I focus on starting with very little work to increasing my total number of reps and intensity over the course of two weeks. This has worked really well in conjuction with the use of the vac-extender. I get about 4-6 hours a day wear time post session, but when I'm off I don't worry with Penis Enlargement at all. I do some light stretching in the shower and when I use the bathroom but that is it on those days.

Avoid the idea that more is necessary and that more is only good when the penis requires it. Just last week I was doing 2-3 rotations of basic stretches straight out and this was enough to cause fatigue after a 10 day break. It doesn't always have to take long to progress and I reccomend finding the least amount of work it takes to make progress and increase the amount of work when it's absolutely necessary.
 
Thanks for all the responses. I'm gonna take a full 8 weeks break, then start really lightly and move up. I think focusing more on stretching than on jelqing would also be a good idea, since I'm starting to believe heavy jelqing thickens the tunica and might even slow gains in the long run. I still plan on doing a lot of edging during my cementing week, though, based on my personal Penis Enlargement experiences.
 
Spinner, You don't have to do "heavy" jelqing but you can jelq once or twice a week for 300 strokes and really improve ciculation and blood flow to the new tissue you'll gain from stretching. I've recently added this in and my girth has gone back to where it was before I gained this last .25" in length. I work my tunica every session and jelqing really helps with getting blood into the new tissues and my EL has really caught up in the last two weeks since I've gone to doing this 2-3 times week before bed.
