Hey man, can you do a picture of how this is set up? The picture on your original post isnt viewable any more and this sounds a good stretch
 
-Wrap a sock around hand grip.
-Place weight on middle or close to the base.
-Hold penis straight up from your glans(OK grip).

*Your penis should have a "V" shape while the weight is hanging down.

I wanted to put pics on here but due to personal reasons, I don't see myself ever doing that. I got close friends & family that I will tell about Penis Enlargement. I don't want them to come here and see pics of my dick.

Yeah man. Your hold your penis the entire time. While seated, I rest my forearm on top of my leg. Your ligs will take the brunt of the weight & your arm shouldn't tire that quick. I hold some sets for 10-15 min. then switch hands.
 
One problem I have is getting my legs spread wide enough to let the weight hang instead of it resting on my inner thighs. Any suggestions?

I sit on the edge on my bed while doing them. This give me room to spread my legs. As long as the weight is hanging down mainly the tension is still on your penis/ligs.

Wrap the sock around the hold/hand grip on the weight so the plate want dig into your skin. The sock is for padding.

Place the weight mid shaft or closer to base and hold your penis by your glans like any other basic stretches. This doesn't require that much weight, I have gained length with a few 15 min sets of 5lbs.

And do you pull the glans out away from the body or up?
I find my hand gets more tired if i use an overhand grip and pull out rather than if I use an underhand grip (thumb closer to the body) and pulling up, but I dont know what would be more effective.
 
Hold your penis up.

I only use this as a warm up purpose now. start with a 2.5lbs for 10-15 min. Might go up to 5lbs for a set of 10-15 min. Then I move on to girth.

I will note that for some odd reason I gain length at a steady pace with girth work. So you can struture how much time you dedicate to these.
 
You could also reverse this stretch by laying on your belly and dropping the weight in reverse (I guess if your penis is long enough).
