I will use a weighted plate like this one.

DIRECTIONS
-Notice the hand grips on the plate.
-I will wrap a sock around there.
-Stick my penis under the wrapped sock/hand grip
-Either close to the base or middle shaft
-Grip under glans and let the weight hang

i strongly believe this is a all-in-one length killer. If you like me with weight plates or you can find something that works just as well go for it cause this is giving my gains. Me personal, I will warm up with 5lbs. plate than advance to 10lbs for 10-15 min. sets.

This will hit the ligs and work on the tunica as well. If your like me and have a tough time gaining girth this will help while being primarily and length exercise. So this is great for those who want both length and girth. This has helped me gain length almost every other week since starting them.

The V-Stretch is indeed a very intense and advanced exercise. I can imagine by doing it with weights it might be more comfortable because you only need one hand.
One question, how much have you gained with your version of the V-stretch? I'm not doubting that this is working, just curious how much ;)
 
Yeah I created this after I realized I wouldn't be able to buy/order a hanger or any Penis Enlargement stuff staying at home with my noisy family.

I have been posting my gains in my progress thread. I have gone from 6" 5/16- 6" 9/16 on my way to 7"! I have done those since the start of my progress thread, mainly with 5lbs.
 
yeah my forearm starts hurting but not until I get to about 5 min. than I switch hands or end the set. I try to keep the weight moderate so I can hold it 5+ min. and also creep(KINGSNAKE theory) sets in. Plus once you try them you will quickly realize once you get up to 10lbs. or more your penis can only handle the weight for a few minutes.

If you want to buy weight plates, go to somewhere like wal-mart which will be cheaper then a sporting goods,etc. type of place. they will cost close to how much weight they are.

Example: 5lbs plate cost: $5-7

This is cool, its like the sock stretches that I just found on here except you use weight instead of pulling the sock with your arm. It kinda makes me wonder exactly how much force Im pulling down with my arm. My guess is easily 10 lbs but its only for 30-60 seconds. Ill have to give these a try.
 
If you place the weight correctly on your penis, your penis will take the load of the weight. Your forearms should not tire that quickly.
 
Sounds very similar to those King-cobra snake chokers floating around the forums somewhere. Should work well for length mate and I'll try it out.
 
I tried these today and yes, it's definitely a good exercise. Maybe I'll add them to my current hardcore routine to see even faster gains. The cool thing is that while this stretch targets the ligaments, the tunica gets also stretched pretty well. So for people with a very low LOT (like me) this can be beneficial. Thanks again GH!

I will have a routine in my progress thread later on. Maybe 9 or 10 P.M. I live in a different time zone then the forum timing.(Where i live the time is 2 hours ahead)

I mostly never have a set routine but I will make one since you ask rofl.

To be honest, I rarely grab the 10lbs. When I place that on my penis, I get semi-erect in a instant. I dont have a clue why. I stay with 2.5-5lbs. for longer durations.
 
Sorry I didnt get to it yesterday. I just not the type of person to have a set routine. I will be posting daily sessions so you can kind of see what Im doing.
 
The thing is I asked if this was safe in another thread about a year or two ago. I just been sticking with them for the last few months and thought I would share them with other.

By no means was I trying to steal that exercise. I have been doing these before I knew what Penis Enlargement was just goofing around in my younger days.
