I only care of girth at the moment. Welcome to the Brotherhood Destroyurr! If you are just starting out and you are only looking for girth I suggest first starting with jelqing, 300 jelqs per day for the first two weeks and then increase that to 600 jelqs after two weeks. From here, once you feel ready or your gains have slowed you can start doing SlowSquashJelqs, this girth exercise will never become obsolete and can be used to gain the remainder of the girth you desire.
 
Cool. When I begin the slow squash jelqs, how many should I do and should I do them along side the 600 other jelqs? When should I star noticing gains visibly? By that, I mean: gains you notice without having to measure them.

With girth work you should see gains after every session beyond your normal size, if you are not getting beyond your 100% size you need to add more intensity to accomplish this. So if your erect girth is now 4.5" you would want to see 4.75" after a session, or better. This cycle of temporary gains leads to permanent gains. So after you finish your jelqing session try to keep an eye on expansion.

Thanks for the clarifications. Will the jelq work increase length to any significant margin? My BPEL is 5.5 - 6 inches and I don't want a wheel (if that's a good analogy) between my legs....
 
Jelquing will bring length gains too but you'll gain faster with 15 mins of streching aded to your routine because atreching will strech the tunica witch will accelerate the girth gains.

If you really want girth that bad you should add a seccond routine in the evening after 2 months into this.

4.5 inches. What kind of routine should I include after two months?
 
Same Jelqing routine but done twice a day, and after 4-5 months switch to one [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] routine of 20mins.

Oh okay. Do I do one long [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] or a bunch of medium ones? After a girth session, could I use a cock ring to keep the penis expanded?

Correct, you will go as long as you can, there is no reps, more just time spent. A good session should be at least 15 minutes but 30 would be optimum. And you should wear your cock ring after every girth session to hold the pump as long as possible.

How quickly should I start making gains? How long for 0.5 inch girth increase? How long for a 1 inch increase? What are some direct and indirect ways for me to gain the most at the fastest rate? What is least amount of stretching I could do, because I just want to focus purely on girth and to not be too bothered with length-focused exercises. Which stretches should I do?

If you are completely centered on girth you need not do any stretching. A .5" gain in girth has been made in a month to 6 months depending on how committed you are and the exercises you are using. Guessing a time is difficult because everyone trains differently and gain at different rates. My best advice is to not put any time limit on your gains, put all your effort into doing good workouts that bring goos expansion and everything will fall in place.
