For this first week i have been doing the following:

10 erect bends-left
10 erect bends-right
10 erect bends-up
10 erect bends-down

5 Uli's

100 jelqs

My dick is pretty beat up after this, and it is nowhere near a hard routine....im just out of conditioning for girth (have never tried for girth improvement).

Starting Stats: 5.5'' midshaft / 5.8" base / 7.5'' BPenis EnlargementL

I agree, getting a set of around 20 minutes in is best. Jelqing is all about prolonged expansion and 100 may not produce this.
 
Wow man your girth is already killer! I cannot wait to get where you are... I'm hoping by New Years I'll be about 5.5" MS 6" Base or so. I agree with the prolonged jelqing thing, try this...

100 3 Second Jelqs
4 20 Second Bends in Each direction
1 30 Second Uli

Alloy's suggestion sounds good to me too :)
Combine that with DLD's advice about increasing number of jelqs for maximum expansion and (Raorrrrrr!!!!) you got yourself a winning combo. I can't wait until I have enough experience under my belt to do some of the more advanced techniques you guys are using.
 
Yeah, been working hard recently, with same stats as before, but with less hard of an erection while measuring.

I think I might have shocked my penis into gaining even on the first week.....cuz i have been sore every day.

Advice heard loud and clear guys....my original plan was to do exactly what you guys said...increase the jelqs. I basically want to increase the jelqs by 100 each week. This past couple days i have been doing the 200, and am feeling it in the morning!! I think my length is increasing as well, from the jelqs mainly.

I was thinking also of supersetting, and since you all suggest it as well, I will start doing that and see how it goes.

Man you sound like you have been member of one of those pay sites!Jelqing at 60% erection?! Although it sounds non-logical that can improve girth,its quite possible.I think that at lower erection levels you can jelq tighter,breaking down cells more efficiently,but you also need ULIs or other common exercise to add pressure,that jelqing is susstaining afterwards.What i wanted to say is that jelqing at 50-60%,than ULIs/SSJ/Iso.comp.sq,than 80-90% erect jelqs,are what could be the basic form of girth supersett. Also clamping might be less efficient(sorry Red) from the simple fact that is causing fluid buildup after workout,and its because of constant pressure like in a Pump.With previous routine your penis has plenty of free time(in non expanded state),lowering the possibility that fluid buildup may occur.

I think there may be a lot of truth to your statements regarding the effectiveness and necessity of supersetting, based upon my gut feeling and (limited)personal experience.
 
are bends good for girth guys?... cause im doing alot of bending downards cause of my upward curve.... can someone explain how my girth will increase or if it will?

Everything that makes your dick bigger after session is good,if you can acheave that with bends,you are on the right track!Expansion is the key for girth,and every exercise(plain stretching excluded) effects both girth and length.Ulis,SSJs,...etc,but keep in mind that exercises for girth effects more girth gains than lenght gains.Keep it up man!!!

been crazy busy and out of town the past 4 days. I gotta jump back on my routine like nothing happened tonight.

Wow, almost everybody had a busy weekend. Don't sweat the lost days, they probably did more good than harm. Give us an update on your routine.
 
No new updates here....

Routine now has 300 jelqs. Back in business now from a few off days that I had about a week ago.

No new size gains to report, but definitely harder and more frequent erections noticed.
 
Good to hear! Just keep on truckin' and try not to miss sessions. It is really easy to do a few dry jelqs or SSJs while in the bathroom during the day if you know you are not going to be able to do a full session.
 
Yeah, i know what you mean.....been trying to get 20 or 30 good dry jelqs every time I piss.

Those bathroom breaks really add up over a whole day. When I used to work in an office I would hit the john like 8 times a day for 5 minutes. That ended up being a whopping 40 additional minutes invested in my routine! Good stuff.
