Yeah, hey, I was trying to at the original thread but it wont let me..
Not sure I can explain it much better... maybe just with exposition.
To keep discoloration down, instead of doing longer, or single, clamping sets ... I'd do multiple clamping sets of about 7 minutes each, with 3 or 4 minutes of declamping (bloodflow, massage, etc) between sets, and usually not more than 30-ish minutes total.
If I was going intensely enough during the sets, by the time I'd declamped from the 2nd set it'd often (but not always) feel not just like 'there was less pressure and no clamp on my dick at the moment' .. but more like 'I had really stretched the sh*t out of something and it felt different, 'burning sensation', because of that.'
[This is from the cells raising their voltages to start the healing process because you've caused some 'damage'. Hitting your thumb with a hammer will give you a similar effect.]
It'd let me know that the amount/volume/intensity of stressor that I was reaching (with additional gripping pressures, clamped jelqs, side bends, etc) was definitely going beyond regular and getting somewhere. People gotta be careful with advanced clamping additions though. The shorter sets with rest periods is a good idea, but .. to add advanced pressure techniques .. people have to work up to it or u can blow something out. Know your dick. With bundled stretch pre-fatigue sets it might not be as necessary to go as intense as we used to anyways. I often did pre-bundles, but I did a lot of random stuff from one period to another and that was one of them. These days it's getting really sciencey and refined.

Thank you alot man I'm gonna use your method 'short, and sweet'. I have felt a burning sensation on the tunica at the points where I do my bends, but only during the actual exercise. Today I tried to do bundles pre-workout, but it hurt a little so I just did jelqs then clamps although I was with less-than great eq so ill need to practice more.
I can see the expansion from what I usually do, but I'm new to this 'burning sensation', and I know I have to learn my body. I really want to try clamped jelqs, but like you cautioned I don't want to blow anything out. I can't thank you enough brahs your posts are the most sensational.

I'm all for supporting this place Child, but at the same time a head in the sand approach to anything not sold by/through [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] is silly. Plenty of good items out there. I for example love my LA Pump cylinder and MityVac hand pump. It's a quality air pump/gauge set up. Not everything we can recommend here will fit cookie cutter style to everyone.

Yeah, that part is bugging me. If a reader knows how to really get around things, and has a post present there, they can find it ... I listed its new URL back on page1 of this thread. But when you get there via my link and try to go Up in the forum, that's possible. But once you go Up, the subforum where the thread was moved to .. doesn't exist. (Even though you just came from there.) That is - someone using the Forum directories to get there .. could never get there .. because it's unlisted and invisible. That's a pretty fazjay place to 'move' something to. Essentially it's Banning .. and whatever Mod did that needs to take a warm bath and some Midol. The spirit and nature of the post wasn't anything that doesn't happen here all the time for other devices. Like Chas said, he didn't say 'hey go buy one', he didn't even mention the price (in the original thread), nor even list a Link. That's pretty frikkin tame.

I've never been one to balk at the cost of good PE gear, but daaaaaamn ... that's pricey -- Interested to hear a future report on how it performs.
Jelquing (as the section underneath the grip gets pushed inwards) causes a 3-dimensional deflection/momentary deformation of the various tunica lamina so that it 'breaks down' a little bit and can effect a bit of plasticity as it heals/remodels itself. Hundreds of these add up their small individual effects into big cumulative effects, as you're seeing. This stuff is what PE is all about .. (but it seems like it's gone out of fashion for many users. Good basics makes for good gains).
Collagen is VERY strong lengthwise and sidewise. Trying to make collagen do what we want it to by pulling it longways, or trying to stretch it sideways, will make for difficult or nonexistent gains. There must be some deformation stressor applied in directions of force that are not 'North/South' or 'East West' where the fibrils are at their strongest.
Jelquing affords that somewhat by making the tissues immediately beneath the moving grip deflect inwards, ie - down, and the remaining tissues deflect a concomitant amount under the increase in pressure by trying to deflect out, ie - 'up'.

There's entire forums here on this stuff. Any time something sounds crazy, make a thread asking about it before jumping in neck-deep.

They are absolutely not mandatory, huge gains can be made without doing warm-ups, but the findings are interesting. If I'd known that ... (a physiological explanation and target range) while I was active ... I probably would have added it in.
