yep if you train on the daily you will be sore a good amount of the time. Know the difference between pain and soreness if you feel any real pain like if something is wrong stop but if its just sore keep going

If I feel pain or soreness I would evaluate the situation I rather stop 24 hrs than losing my dick or render it useless later.

Ya i train through soreness. The few times i have been VERY sore i just reduced the intensity and performed my session as an active healing session. Ive always found that working girth a bit if very sore from a length workout will the soreness subside sooner

Hydrocortisone cream .1% works wonders on the skin, I have used it for the past 21 years, 12 years in PE and since that tie I have had absolutely no issues with the skin. I started using it on my face all those years ago to battle a rash I would get after shaving but since this point not only did the rash go away but I have never gotten any wrinkles either.

Yes sir, and go for the generic brand, it will save you a few bucks. It is excellent with rashes, iciness, dryness and other skin issues. Use a pea size portion after you have trained, massage it in until the cream fades...watch all your skin issues disappear.

What? You are avoiding the most important thing? Once you reach fatigue there is not as much resistance and it is the best time to stretch at....

It is true, if you reach the point of fatigue it is a perfect time to get stretching in. I would say stretching is at least 50% more effective when there is fatigue present.

Thats what I did, in my first 2 years of pe I was non stop, getting in sessions as much as I could. I would stretch at every chance I got. I would get in 100 jelqs every time I went to the bathroom. I was always in the Lazy Ass Stretch when sitting. I would do two full workout daily, night and day. This brought much of the gains I have today.

i have noticed when i hang consistently everday for a long period...let's say 2 weeks straight...then i take a few days off. when i get back to it i can always hang more weight. now my rest days are active rest day always...SRT FOR LIFE!!!

Sometimes a rest day allow the penis to reset and heal the tissue that has been broken down, so going back after a short rest will give you more potential to go even more intense. This is more typical to hanging due to the heavy resistance.

Yeah I ended up taking a rest last night, and went for hours today. Plus I have my hour long nightly routine to do next. I'm putting in DLD quality work haha.

I allways train sore but it goes away after the first set o streching. What I found to help a lot is to warm up in a streched position, I set up my IR Lamp to heat the pubic area and I do a few streches at 70% intensity under the IR light to warm up the tissues. I feel that the heat penetrates the tissue better when the penis is streched out.

You can just use hot water if you dont have a Infra Red Lamp.

I think every avid PE'er trains with a certain degree of soreness, I know I did. The line need to be drawn at the point where soreness becomes pain and this can only be determined by the user. Soreness is more of a dull aching feeling, just like training in the gym while pain is sharp, shooting and unbearable.
