It really shouldn't bring you down because everybody knows once the noob gains dry-up it seems like you didn't have noob gains, considering the time required for reaching your end goal. Unless your goal was a one, and a half inch gain .Just be happy that you're alive and well, and with the brotherhood is all I would do.

Distraction really helped me in exercise longevity. I would either watch a movie or listen to music, whatever it took to get my mind into something else while I was training. This only works for length though, in my case I need sexual visuals for girth.

Yes but you still need some level of concentration...if you watch a movie or something you almost forget about PE,you're attention is on the movie.

I like to put music in the background and enjoy my PE session :) so relaxing.

I can only do it with length work, but girth, which requires a ton of focus, I can't use distraction.
