Well I've been back at PE for 3 months now, and much to my surprise, I haven't seen a hint of growth (not a millimeter).
Currently I do 20 to 40 minutes in my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] 5 days a week. Sets are broken down into either 5 or 10 minute blocks with jelqing and edging in between. Then at night I do manuals for a minimum of an hour, sometimes 2. I stretch at every angle, do the mandingo stretch, A and V stretches, lots of direct lig pulling and a ton of downward stretching.
Now I've taken a week off before I restart, but I'm not sure what I need to do to see gains. Maybe the theory that you don't need rest from stretching only applies to certain men and I should go back and forth between girth and length days. Really not sure. I thought I'd definitely see some sort of change after 3 months of PE, 2 in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words].
