I've been putting this off for far too long and as one aspect of self-betterment, that's something I can't take anymore. So then, with that out of the way, time for the opening post. There are quite a few things that I can talk about as for reasons why I'm going through with Penis Enlargement, but the ones most important to myself are for a sense of self-confidence and satisfaction in myself when I see myself in the mirror. It's really awkward to feel inadequate because of those one off size queens telling you that you don't measure up, "black guys have big dicks", and you can't be counted among that with a average size. Although I don't let those words bother me much, I do want this for myself just to know what it's like to be packing something more potent in the pants.

That being said, let's get to specifics.

Long Term Goal: 8.25" NBPenis EnlargementL x 6.5" EG
Short Term Goal: 7.5" NBPenis EnlargementL x 6" EG

There are a few things still not clear to myself when it comes to keeping records/stats of my progress however. The first of which is that being a bigger guy, I do have a more pronounced area of pubic fat that obscures my measurements when I'm not taking bone pressed lengths. The other is that I'm quite the grower. That being said, I'd appreciate it to get any help I can with both taking correct measurements and getting frequent motivation. I'm a bit flighty since I have tons of other things I want to take time out and accomplish in current time, but Penis Enlargement and more specifically, seeing gains is something that I want to make happen for my own confidence and state of mind.

Welcome aboard the penis enlargement quest for growers rofl I'm a grower myself, but ever since I started Penis Enlargement, my flaccid size has increased a bit. It is true that it makes you smile more when you see yourself in the mirror :)
My routine consists almost entirely in jelqing. So far, it has worked great for me, because I'm not looking for any fast gains (you can check my progress in my signature).
I very, very, very seldom do stretches, but I believe those are the best for increasing one's flaccid size.
As for measurements, if you want to check your progress, it is better that you always compare your bone pressed measurements. Fat pads come and go, but pubic bones are forever :P

Oh, and if I may give just this one more piece of advice – start NOW! :)

Right now, I'm doing DLD's beginner routine and (trying to find time to) put on my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I don't really have any issues with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] part of things except for the fact that whenever I try and set the tension to something greater, my penis has the tendency to slip out of the rubber strap. Since I don't have the aility to fix this with the velcro strap mod I read about on this thread before (for the time being), I've come up with a ghetto workaround that seems to do ok for my situation, basically turning the strap so the noose fits backwards under the head.

As for current sizes, I'm 7" BPenis EnlargementL x 6" EG. Flaccid length is about 5" and girth is coming in a bit along with pictures for record keeping's sake. Right now, I'm in the process of warming up for my exercises. Just wondering about a few things that have been on my mind for some time now:

- When you do the stretches, how do you note when you've given enough tug on the penis? I'll always go as far as I can and hold it for 3 sets of 30 seconds - 1 minute, but I don't ever note a change internally like a feeling of being stretched or pulled.

- For the behind the cheek stretch, I always pull it as far as possible and then sit on the penis. Is that an ok method for the exercise or should I be more hands on about this?

-I've been jelqing on and off for a while since about 2 or 3 years ago. In this post, I'll leave some images to be compared. What I'd like to know is whether or not there is a change in the fullness of the penis in between the time spans noted on the images. It gets kinda hard to judge with your eyes alone and right about now, I'm looking for exacts so I can make the most of my foray into Penis Enlargement.

- For warming up, I've been using a heating pad that is always set to max heat and hold it wrapped around as much of the penis (external and internal) as possible when I'm semi-erect. I hadn't put much thought into it before now, but could it be that I need a different method of warming prior to my stretches and jelqs to facilitate more gains?

For final notes, I'm thinking about going to 9" now, but really this is all about having something thick and dangling to play with in the future. :P
 
The reasons you are starting are like many of your fellow black men, the myth kills confidence. First, for the myth, it is simply not true. Black men are very similar to most all other races when it comes to average size. Just like their white counterpart there are some very large black men. Out of the 4 largest black men that come to mind, Mandingo, Diesel, ShortyMac and Lexington, 2 (shane and shorty) are victims of priapism from Sickle Cell. Sickle Cell does effect many black men and some do end up with Priapism. Priapism is a prolonged state of erection. Average length of erection is 3-7 days. When it is not treated in time it causes impotence in a large part of the group. Some do make it through without treatment an without impotence, these men become huge. If Sickle Cell was an Asian disorder we may see some of the same stats.

With that said, black men are largely average as white men. Black men do have a harder time with all the myths that run wild but in actuality, in reality, rationally, these fears are unfounded. Thanks for the words of support DLD! I definitely took this upon myself because I wanted to work on my own self image. It's a pretty dampening feeling to know that you try your best to be the best guy you can but little things like this can sway whatever self confidence you have built up for yourself. As such, my goal with this isn't fo the sake of "catching up with par" so much as it's to become the absolute best I can in my own mind. It's one part of a total revitalization/change in my life that I'm desperately in need of and want to make happen.

With that said, here's round two of the images including some starter measurements I've made today (see the images labeled "measured"). Sorry for the ass quality of the images from earlier this fall, they were supposed to be clearer but my camerawork needs a bit more work before I can do that consistently. The images are dated to give you an idea of what I looked like way back when versus now and get some idea of whether or not I have been gaining without really noticing. When you're used to your body, it gets really hard to judge if you're going through change unless it's drastic.

As for today, the exercises didn't go through as planned due to a lack of personal time when I attempted it, but I'll make up for that late night EST when things have calmed down. Currently wearing my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] however. Just a question though, with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words], how are you to set the tension for best results? I was under the impression that you simply raised it until there was a strong tug in the penis and the device doesn't slip off on you, but I'm wondering if that's the best approach for this.

Final note, sorry for the seemingly scatterbrained and haphazard nature of these first few posts. I'm new to everything and trying to dedicate myself to Penis Enlargement under some not so optimal conditions. As such, I want to learn as much as I can and get the right answers sooner as opposed to later so I can see real results.

Currently, I'm trying to squeeze in the full exercise for the day and get on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for the remainder of the afternoon. Goal is to work 5 days on with 2 days off and only on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 3 - 5 hours.
 
Continuing with my exercising. Yesterday I was able to do 3 full sets of the beginner stretch workouts as per Phase 1 of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words]. I'm wondering though, should I be incorporating all the stretch variants detailed in the DLD Beginner Workout post or is it good enough to do the straight out stretches in 3 reps as per the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words]?

Managed to wear my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 3 hours on average Saturday & Sunday.

So, the last week I haven't been as regular as I was previously. Only managed to do some girth exercise with jelqs and two sets of the straight out stretches (1 minute each) on two separate days. :(

At the very least, I was able to wear my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] comfortably to sleep for most of the week. I also did a bit of a re-measurement and found that I was actually much bigger than I initially thought when I took measurements previously. I'm 7.5" BPenis EnlargementL but about 5.8~9" EG if my most recent measurements are to be believed. I will eventually post a clear image for the sake of fact checking and stats, but I feel impressed with that much considering I was a solid 7 when I first became aware of myself years back. Seems like the month I had of just [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] usage was helping without me realizing.

It's hard to actually understand and accept this sometimes when you're a bit bigger than average weight wise and you see yourself thinking it's not changing and too small. I'm going to include some images I took of my penis after I saw this. What do you all think?

Well, I haven't posted in a while, but I'll tell you that I've been having a real hit and miss time with finding the perfect moments to go into my Penis Enlargement routines. At the very least, I've been wearing my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] more often, getting in at least 2 - 6 hours with it. I hope to get back on my 2x a day beginner stretch/jelq routines soon.

Right now, my penis feels ferocious though. Semi-erect now feels more powerful that some full erections I've had in the past. I'm also noticing that I gain girth faster than I do length. The shaft is thicker and feels more substantial than anything else. I'll be sure to get some pictures and measurements in, but overall I'm enjoying this new found "powerful" feeling I'm getting.

For my last notes, what do you all recommend for greater length gains/emphasis on length versus girth?
 
Just dropping by with a newer set of pics for assessment's sake. Right now, my routine is shaping up to look something like:

- 2 sets of 3 minute stretches (up, down, left, right, outward)
- 5 minute long Jelq session (hardest part with my frequent erections and need to get laid -- it's been 2 years -_-)

I'm trying to do this 5 times a week, but I haven't been hitting that stride as of late. I gotta work out of this depression somehow.
 
OK, so I'm bumping this with a bit of a question. As it stands now, I probably won't be able to do much towards sticking with any routines thanks to time management and personal space issues. What I'd like to know is, are there any recommended passive routines I can try using my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]? I feel like I'm going to refocus and attempt to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for longer periods of time (4 - 8 hours) to make up for the inability to stretch and jelq as often as I want.

Also, is warming required for max gains off the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]?
