Hey guys,

Let's hear it, how many of you on here have increased their length by one full inch, how long did it take and what was your routine(s) that got you here? I hope we can fire up some motivation for the newbies.

For me it took exactly 1 year to gain my first inch and it was a major milestone in my PE career, the routines that got me there were [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for the first 4 months and then wearing the [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]JES[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] for another 8months in conjunction with jelquing. Right now I'm at +1.5 length and going hard for the two inch club ;)

I gained over to inches and the first 2 cm came in 3 months (2 months of actual pe) then had a plateau for about four months, but a bib hanger and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] and the gains continued
 
6 months of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] as my only PE gave me 1in length and .5 girth
 
I am not sure when the first inch came as I did not measure at that time. I measured after 6 months at which time I made a 2" gain. For that six months I trained like a maniac, I literally did manual PE at every moment I had. I also started to invent my own exercises at around the 3 month mark as I thought Jelqing and Basic Stretching could be greatly improved upon. Today, having 100's of exercises I have created, I think gaining has become much faster and smarter. I can't even imagine a PE world as it used to be with no tools and limited exercises. Today so many men have come out with new methods of gaining so PE is gaining so much more speed. Sometimes I wish I could start over with all the new exercise, routines and tools we have and see how fast I could have made my total gains. The last 2" in length and 1.75" in girth took me 5 years!

Great History in your signature. You deserve the gains with that much consistency, great example.
 
Some men gain slower than others but the ones who stick to it, no matter how long it takes, and they make a inch gain need to be grateful as this is still an amazing accomplishment. I have a lot of pride in those men who have the tenacity and the do or die attitude.

Hallelujah! FINALLY MADE TO THIS CLUB! HAHAHA!

After 2 months since started PE got my first inch. I believe that half of this gains came from better EQ, because mine was shitty. And since I'm just stretching and not doing girth work for 3 weeks (dammit lymphangitis), I thought I'd lost some gains. But, fuck! Added another 0.5cm in length to my friend :cool: but lost 0.3cm in girth <:(

Yesterday I got a hard-rock erection after a long time, since the doc told me to stop playing with my good ol' boy.

Oh, man! How I miss my girth-workout! But I'll wait till this injury get better.

my routine consisted (consists):

6x1 DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words];

600 basic jelqs:

100 upward;
100 downward;
100 V-Jelqs;
100 upward;
200 DLD bend correction jelqs;

At the beginning, because I'd lost my erection rapidly, I divided every 100 jelqs into 10 sets, after 10 jelqs I'd masturbate till reach desired erection level again. then changed to every 25 jelqs, then 50 jelqs.

Dry jelqs during the day;

Kegels;

20 to 40min edging.

2nd month *till half october*:

50 DLD blasters and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words];

20 to 40 min SSJs;

20- 40 min edging;

Kegels.

then, stopped girth work to treat lymphangitis; continued with a bit more lighter stretch.


The injury was prior to PE. I thought it had settle down, since I did feel nothing and no vein was visible. But I was wrong, and the bitch appeared again.

Hope when it's all gone, it never come back.

Can't wait to make to the 2" club.....lol

*start: 09/09/14 - 6.3"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG

1st month:10/09/14 - 6,88"BPEL x 5.66"MSEG
2nd month: 11/10/14 - 7,3"BPEL x 5,62"MSEG

Congratulations on that first inch, that is a huge milestone and accounts for quite a bit of more volume. I can see by your workout that you have really worked for this, you truly deserve it. I look forward to you next inch!
