I like the purpose of the thread, but I say just keep it stupid simple. The process works... DO IT. That's it. No reason to question it, no reason to doubt it, no reason to whine. It makes me think of those people that say you have to get the workout in no matter what and the people that say stuff like how bad they didn't want to do it, but they did it anyway.

So why should you do this if you want enlargement?

(A) Because it works
(B) Because this forum wouldn't be here if it didn't work enough for people to be interested.
(C) What more reason do you need?

Stuck between 8 and 9 myself right now...Was really hoping to break the 8" barrier for 2016 but that just wasn't in the cards (no gains since about mid summer, and maybe a little bit of loss).

To be honest not much...just stretching as it seemed to be working at first. I don't remember all the official names, but pretty much stretching straight down, up, and to the sides, holding for 30 seconds and doing about 5 sets each. Also stretching by pulling one way at the base and the other way at the glans (30 seconds), and using one finger as a fulcrum and stretching up or down (again 30 seconds, 5 sets) to work the shaft.

I would say the lack of gains is due to a lack of training. Training needs to be consistent, daily if able. Well I have been fairly consistent so far, as I do the above 5 days a week and take rest days over the weekends. Only times I didn't commit to 5 days was the odd time due to life, or because I went too hard and did something that needed a day or two rest. I did manage to gain 1"x0.2" thus far, but things did stop growing around the 6-9 month mark.

Will look into those posts, and glad to hear my goals might be possible. Like I mentioned too, I'm trying to use my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] more to shake things up (plus I do want/need more girth), and want to give the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] a go too. Shaking things up is a good way to jolt the cock into breaking a plateau, sometimes it has to do with hitting things differently. Also progressive increments need to be included to maximize potential because it ain't easy fighting for these gains man

@orgasmic19 keep pushing bro! The common thread amongst successful multi-inch gainers is consistency /discipline ..I have been stuck at a plateau for months now but I seem to have even more fire! Mind you-my initial gains were very easy( so u can imagine what this has done to my psyche) anyway this is where a ruler comes into play, as well as before/after pics..to break that “doubt”, even when we KNOW we’ve gained.. another thing I’ve experienced is after the pink cloud of gaining ends, after a while it’s like u never even gained anymore.. I look down and it looks the same.... anyway my point is our minds play tricks on us all the time..keep pushing forward and whenever u feel the doubt just look at the ruler.. Congrats on the gains bro !

I went from 5.5 nbp to 6.2 nbp and have been on a plateau ever since…(I don’t measure bone-pressed so I have no idea) I’ve tried just about everything except consistency.. my current routine is 3 hrs extending and 6 x20 min LM sessions all bundled! I only do length bc through my journey I’ve learned that I can acquire girth on demand (like 20 min manual clamping) ..so why not just focus on length u know..I just started this routine about 5 days ago and my only goal is 2 hrs LM a day for 6 months..extending all depends on “if “ I can..then I will measure against this 8 inch paper towel roll that I have been saving..I love extending but it’s been too much of a hassle so now I’m getting my hands dirty and puttin in the work..

I’m trying to change my mindset when it comes to my routine and PE in general to a much happier state. It’s just in the beginning when I first started hanging I had that fire and I couldn’t stop now it seems to have died down a bit and I’m trying to bring it back.

Lack of motivation compared when I started - Fire. Fire = Motivation to keep going.
You’ve just gotta put even more firewood(good thoughts) in that fire and blow on it until it’s big, bright and warm.

Hope you manage to rediscover that passion again, brother, and believe me I know how hard it is especially when you’ve hit a plateau like I have. But no choice other than to keep on truckin.

Haha, yeah used to be a big procrastinator before, but after starting ADHD meds it has gotten a bit better.

And yes, social media is an energy drainer, almost never use it ever, got a FB that I maybe check out every second to third month. And that’s it. I’m even tired of YT these days, as that too can be a waste of time.

If we remove all the time wasting tasks in life...imagine where you would be. I need to focus on this. Studying and doing PE isn't easy.
