I'd like to thank everyone for all the kind words concerning my pics. I was tempted to snap off some more photos yesterday, but the batteries in my digital camera were dead, so that put an end to that idea...but I'll get some more up in the near future...
C-guy, my hanging has been pretty much as follows: All my hanging is done in a chair with my legs propped up on my computer desk, some I'm hanging BTC. My first set is normally 13 pounds, and I go for about 15-20 minutes with that...then I back down to 10 pounds for 2 sets at 15-20 minutes. Usually by that time I feel like I've had a good enough workout to stop, but if I'm not feeling like I had a good stretch then I'll add in one more set at 13 pounds to really kill my ligs.
I haven't measured since I started hanging, but for a few hours after my session when I get a complete erection, it will reach to above my navel while standing...that's something that it won't if I haven't hung in a while, so I'm definately heading in the right direction.
