Well, today was the day. I have been at it for 30 days, and now, with great trepidation, it is time to make an 'official' measurement. I knew I was bigger, but was still afraid of being disappointed if I had not progressed as much as I had thought.

I have also been measuring the 'density' of my flaccid penis, to try and assess and record progress of that 'fullness' factor that you can't quite measure with girth on a tape measure by using my skin fold body fat calipers.
Beginning was 8mm Currently 13mm
I am so thrilled and excited! I feel like a drowning man who has emerged from beneath the smothering water, and taken a huge breath of fresh air!
People at work and etc, have even commented that I certainly seemed to have a much more chipper attitude. I have felt better about myself than I have in a long time, and am very enthusiastic about the future. I have gained 1/2 inch length and girth and have barely even been doing a full routine!

My routine, is still in the beginning stages, as the first couple of weeks was me waiting for devices to arrive in the mail, me learning some of the techniques, and getting myself conditioned to be able to do a complete set of routines, and working it into my daily schedule.
Here is the routine I am at currently:

Basic Stretches & A-Stretching x 3 sets at least 1x / day, 2x - 3x as time permits.

Plyometric stretches anytime I am sitting at tv and computer and not doing any other Penis Enlargement things.
At bedtime, rubdown with either cocoa butter or Omega 3-6-9 oil.
Supplements: Universal Labs Animal Pak (was already on for personal physical fitness)
Hot Plants (which I will discontinue once bottle is empty)

Just Started Men's Club Enlargement Formula
I am now very hopeful that I can achieve my minimum goal of 6" x 5", and
my desired goal of 7" x 5.5" I am hoping to achieve a penis that is on the upper side of 'average'. Something that is nice to look at.
I am so excited and happy about these 1/2 inch gains in length and girth. To finally see a way to overcome what has long been an area of frustration and disappointment; it is worth so much.
